Fatah: Murderer of 2 Israelis was a Martyr, claims “260 Palestinian Martyrs” in terror wave

“The Jerusalem branch of the Fatah Movement today [Nov. 1, 2016] published its monthly report documenting all of the violations and attacks of the occupation government and its executive branches against Jerusalem and its [Arab] residents in the month of October 2016…
In the report is written the following:
During the month of October two Martyrs (Shahids) from occupied Jerusalem were killed by the Israeli occupation forces, which raised the total of all Martyrs since the start of the popular uprising (Palestinian euphemism for several months of Palestinian terror attacks against Israelis 2015 - 2016 -Ed.) to 260 Palestinian Martyrs, 57 of them Martyrs from Jerusalem. The two Martyrs are:
Martyr Musbah Abu Sbeih (i.e., terrorist, murdered 2), 39, from the village of Al-Ram and a resident of the village of Silwan (i.e., two neighborhoods in Jerusalem), who died as a Martyr on Oct. 9, 2016, after he carried out an operation in the Sheikh Jarrah neighborhood.
Martyr Ali Shuyoukhi, a 20-year-old from the village of Silwan, who died as a Martyr on Oct. 11, 2016, after he was wounded by the occupation forces’ gunfire during clashes that broke out in the village.”
The terms "all means," "peaceful uprising,” and “popular uprising" are often used by PA leaders to refer to events that include violence and deadly terror against Israeli civilians such as rock-throwing, stabbings and even shootings. Musbah Abu Sbeih – 39-year-old Palestinian terrorist who murdered 2 Israelis and wounded 5 others in 3 drive-by shooting attacks in Jerusalem on Oct. 9, 2016. Abu Sbeih, who held Israeli residency status, began his shooting spree at the Ammunition Hill light rail stop and continued to the Shimon Hatzadik neighborhood. He was killed in an exchange of fire with Israeli border police officers during the attack. On the morning of the attack, Abu Sbeih was due to turn himself in to begin a 4 month jail sentence, after being convicted in January 2015 on numerous counts of inciting to terror and supporting a terror organization. On his Facebook page, Abu Sbeih praised terror groups including Hamas as well as terrorists who carried out attacks and actively called for attacks against Israelis. In July 2016, Abu Sbeih was given a distancing order from the Temple Mount that was to be in effect until the end of October 2016.
Ali Shuyoukhi – 20-year-old Palestinian terrorist who took part in riots in the Jerusalem neighborhood of Silwan on Oct. 11, 2016, on the Jewish holiday of Yom Kippur. When masked Palestinian rioters attacked Israeli border policemen with rocks and firebombs, the border policemen opened fire, killing Shuyoukhi. Shuyoukhi had previously been imprisoned for rock throwing and participating in riots. After his death, Hamas issued a statement saying he was a member of the terror organization.
