As Palestinians continue to carry out terror attacks in Jerusalem and Palestinian Authority Chairman Abbas' Fatah movement encourages Palestinians to keep doing so, two of Abbas' advisors are sending contradictory messages to the Palestinian public. One denounces violence while the other praises murder.

Yesterday, Abbas' advisor Nimer Hammad stated to official PA TV that Abbas "is making sure" that Palestinians are not "drawn into a cycle of violence and counter-violence." However, on the same day, his other advisor, Sultan Abu Al-Einein, on his Facebook page, encouraged more violence by praising the terrorist murderers who carried out the recent attacks.

Calling them "heroic Martyrs," Al-Einein mentioned by name the terrorist who attempted to murder Rabbi Glick last week, and two terrorists who carried out attacks by ramming their cars into Israeli pedestrians, killing a three-month-old baby and two adults and injuring dozens. Al-Einein praised "the illustrious and blessed children" who are "saturating the land of the homeland with their pure blood and igniting the flames of rage." He justified the recent terror attacks by presenting them as a "response to the occupation's actions, to its arrogance, and its defilement of the Al-Aqsa Mosque":

"Jerusalem is rising up; behold the illustrious and blessed children of Jerusalem lighting the spark of revolution, saturating the land of the homeland with their pure blood and igniting the flames of rage. Jerusalem announced today (i.e., the day Hamas terrorist carried out a terror attack by car, killing one and injuring at least 14.) in a resounding voice that it will not accept disgrace and humiliation, and refuses to be subdued. Today, Jerusalem is seething with rage; behold the volcanoes of rage spewing lava in the faces of those who have defiled it, and in the faces of the occupying usurper. The earthshaking reaction came from the heroes of Jerusalem. It began with the heroic Martyr (Shahid) [Abd Al-Rahman] Al-Shaloudi, then [Mutaz] Hijazi and, behold, today it comes from the heroic Martyr Ibrahim Al-Akari. They answered the call of the homeland, the call of Jerusalem, in response to the occupation's actions, to its arrogance, and its defilement of the Al-Aqsa Mosque - and behold their [settler] herds are dying just as our innocent and defenseless children are killed."

These are the terrorists Abbas' advisor sees as heroes:

Mutaz Hijazi - Islamic Jihad member and released prisoner who attempted to assassinate Rabbi Yehuda Glick on Oct. 29, 2014. Rabbi Glick is the Chairman of the Temple Mount Heritage Foundation that organizes educational activities to increase awareness of the centrality of the Temple Mount in Jewish heritage and also works to ensure Jews' right to pray on the Temple Mount. The assassination attempt took place following a conference on establishing times and places for Jews to pray on the Temple Mount. Glick was seriously wounded in the attack and Hijazi was killed soon afterwards when he opened fire on an Israeli police force that was attempting to arrest him.

Abd Al-Rahman Al-Shaloudi - On Oct. 22, 2014, Al-Shaloudi deliberately ran over people waiting at a light-rail station in Jerusalem with his car, killing three-month-old Israeli-American Haya Zissel-Brown and Karen Mosquera, 22, of Ecuador, and injuring 7 others. He was shot by police while attempting to flee, and later died of his wounds.

Ibrahim Al-Akari - Hamas terrorist from East Jerusalem who carried out a terror attack by car on Nov. 5, 2014, at a light-rail station in Jerusalem, killing two and injuring at least 13 others. He was shot and killed by Israeli police officers who arrived on the scene.

This is not the first time that Abbas' advisor
Al-Einein has praised murderous terrorists. Last month, he praised the killer of two as a "heroic martyr." When a terrorist stabbed an Israeli civilian to death, Palestinian Media Watch reported that Al-Einein praised the murderer as a "heroic fighter" and gave "blessings to the breast that nursed" him.

The following is an excerpt from the report on official PA TV News on the statement by Nimer Hammad, political advisor to PA Chairman Mahmoud Abbas, following one of the car terror attacks in East Jerusalem:

Official PA TV reporter: "Nimer Hammad, Chairman [Mahmoud Abbas'] political advisor, emphasized in a statement to PA TV that Chairman Mahmoud Abbas is making sure that our people is not drawn into a cycle of violence and counter-violence, according to the Netanyahu government's plan to curb the diplomatic and political pressure against it."
