"Karake also took part in a graduation ceremony of the 13th class of female students of the Jorat Al-Sham’a Junior High School for Girls in [the] Bethlehem [district]. The ceremony was held as a sign of loyalty for the male and female prisoners in the presence of dignitaries from the Bethlehem district, the [Bethlehem] Directorate of Education (i.e., branch of the PA Ministry of Education), and released prisoners.”

The sign in the background shows the logo of the Jorat Al-Sham’a Junior High School for Girls, which is subordinate to the PA.
