PA daily article on planner of Munich Olympics Massacre calls it "the famous Munich operation"

Headline: “The 25th anniversary of the death as a Martyr of Atef Bseiso”
“Today, Thursday [June 8, 2017], is the 25th anniversary of the death as a Martyr (Shahid) of the prominent fighter Atef Bseiso (i.e., senior PLO official, involved in Munich Massacre), who was one of the most prominent security leaders in the Fatah Movement.
The Israeli Mossad (i.e., Israeli Secret Intelligence Service) assassinated leadership member Bseiso in Paris, the capital of France, on June 8, 1992, with a handgun with a silencer, and the bullet entered his head directly while he was on a public road, in front of the Meridien Hotel.
Martyr Bseiso was one of the most prominent leaders of the Palestinian security forces, and he was included on the Israeli hit list on the pretext that he headed the cells that carried out the famous Munich operation (i.e., terror attack, 11 murdered)…
It should be noted that the Martyr acted behind the scenes, and was not a familiar face in the media. Throughout his life and his struggle in the Palestinian revolution he preferred to act far from the spotlights, but the truth about him was revealed when the Palestinian leadership talked about his legacy and his status after his assassination, and also after [former PA] President and leader Yasser Arafat described him as a great fighter and a national hero.”
