7th Fatah Conference calls: Fight Israels "terror" and the spreading of "a culture of tolerance and peace", Fatah - Hamas unity, and to become a full member state

The conference emphasized that it is necessary to act against the repulsive [Fatah-Hamas] rift and put an end to it, in order to obtain national reconciliation and strengthen the national unity territorially and among the people, the factions, and the institutions, as a guarantee to obtaining victory. It emphasized that there is no state without the Gaza Strip and that it is necessary to continue to enlist Arab and international support in order to enable the National Consensus Government to complete the plans to rehabilitate what the occupation destroyed in its aggressive wars against the Gaza Strip…
The conference saluted with pride and admiration all of the members of our Palestinian people in the Interior (i.e., Palestinian term for Israel) for their resolve, their protection of the national identity, and their struggle for justice and equality. It expressed great appreciation of their success in creating a framework for their parliamentary struggle on a path of unity (i.e., the Israeli Arab Joint List party in the Israeli Parliament) in light of the exclusion plot led by the racist and extremist Israeli right. The conference emphasized Fatah and the PLO’s strategy to expand the channels of dialogue and communication with the various elements of Israeli society, in a way that serves our national liberation plan and strengthens the chances of establishing a just peace, which will depend on the international institutions and provide a just and agreed upon solution to the refugee problem, in accordance with UN Resolution 194 and as stated in the Arab Peace Initiative.
The conference emphasized that it is necessary to continue Palestine’s path at the UN by spurring on all of the international efforts to implement UN Resolution 67/19 from 2012 which recognized Palestine as a [non-member] observer state. [It noted] that it is necessary to work towards obtaining full membership, and to continue to work towards the State of Palestine joining the international institutions, organizations, conventions, and protocols…
The conference emphasized that it is necessary and important to fight all forms of extremism and terror – including the state terror [of Israel] and the terror of the groups of settlers – and to cooperate with the different states in this field, in order to spread the culture of tolerance and peace. It emphasized that putting an end to the historical injustice that was done to the Palestinian people will actively contribute to the war against terror.”
UN resolution 194 (Chapter 11, Dec. 11, 1948) states that "the refugees wishing to return to their homes and live at peace with their neighbors should be permitted to do so at the earliest practicable date, and that compensation should be paid for the property of those choosing not to return." Palestinian leaders argue this means that all Arabs who left Israel during the war (hundreds of thousands) and their descendants (a few million) have a "right of return" to Israel. Israel argues that the resolution only calls for a limited return and only under certain conditions, especially focusing on the words "wishing to return... and live at peace with their neighbors."
