Fatah officials celebrate terrorists: Our people "will be victorious by virtue of its Martyrs’ blood"

In his speech, Sultan Abu Al-Einein recounted the life story of the Prince of Martyrs Khalil Al-Wazir [Abu Jihad], and said: ‘This is the 28th anniversary of Abu-Jihad’s death as a Martyr, the day of pledge and loyalty, and this is the month of April, saturated with Martyrs – the two Kamal’s (i.e., Kamal Nasser and Kamal Adwan), Abu Yusuf Al-Najjar, and Khalil Al-Wazir, the first bullet and the first stone…’
He added: ‘Our people’s land and homeland were occupied. Look towards Jerusalem, and donate part of your property and what was intended for your children for the relatives of the Martyrs and prisoners and for the liberation of Palestine.’ And he concluded: ‘The occupation is the greatest instigator of violence, and it is what pushes our sons to die as Martyrs.’
In his speech, Kamal Hamid noted: ‘I salute you and those present in the name of President Mahmoud Abbas and appreciate the role of Fatah, Secretary of [Fatah’s] Central Branch Emad Kharwat, the branch’s members, and the secretaries and members of the sub-branches.’ He also added: ‘This mighty people will be victorious by virtue of its Martyrs’ blood, its prisoners’ agony, our resolve, and the building of the national honor on this land.’
At the end of the ceremony, the prisoners from the Hebron district serving life sentences [in the Israeli prisons] were honored on the podium.”

Abu Jihad (Khalil Al-Wazir) was a founder of Fatah and deputy to Yasser Arafat. He headed the PLO terror organization's military wing and also planned many deadly Fatah terror attacks. These attacks, which killed a total of 125 Israelis, included the most lethal in Israeli history - the hijacking of a bus and killing of 37 civilians, 12 of them children.

Kamal Nasser – was the spokesperson for PLO and Fatah and a senior member of Black September. He was killed by Israeli forces in April 1973.

Kamal Adwan was responsible for Fatah’s terrorist operations in Israel and was a senior member of Black September. He was killed by Israeli forces in April 1973.

Abu Yusuf Al-Najjar was Arafat's deputy and among the founders of Fatah. He was the Commander of Al-Asifa, Fatah’s military unit, and member of Fatah’s Central Committee and PLO’s Executive Committee. He also was the Commander of Operations of the terrorist organization Black September and involved in the murder of 11 Israeli athletes at the Munich Olympics (Sept. 5, 1972). He was killed by Israel in 1973.
