Holocaust denial and distortion
Libel: Israel imitates Nazi crimes
Holocaust denial and distortion
Holocaust desecration, denial, and abuse, have all been components of Palestinian Authority ideology. Palestinians from both Fatah and Hamas have accused Israel of burning Palestinians in ovens, and alternatively have accused Zionists of committing the Holocaust against Jews for political, financial or social gain. A PA TV children’s broadcast taught that Israel burned Palestinians in ovens, and at an exhibit in Gaza children put dolls, representing Palestinian children, in a model oven adorned with a Star of David and a swastika. A PA daily wrote: "The exhibit includes a large oven and inside it small [Palestinian] children are being burned; the picture speaks for itself,” as if the exhibit was documenting something true. [Al-Ayyam, March 20, 2008] The event was sponsored by the Palestinian “National Committee for Defense of Children from the Holocaust.”

A senior Palestinian academic taught adults on PA TV: “There was no Dachau, no Auschwitz; these were disinfecting sites.” A Hamas TV documentary explained that it was Jewish leaders who planned the Holocaust, in order to eliminate Jews who were "disabled and handicapped”.

A crossword puzzle clue in the official PA daily identified “Yad Vashem” (Israel’s Holocaust memorial) as a “Center for the Holocaust and Lies.” The same PA daily has published many articles denying the Holocaust, including one that termed the Holocaust a “hen laying golden eggs.”

Schoolbooks produced by the Palestinian Ministry of Education teach the history of World War II in great detail except for the history of the Holocaust, which is totally ignored. One history book goes so far as to teach that Nazism was a racist ideology and that there were trials of Nazi war criminals, but it leaves out that Jews were the target of the racism, and the crimes for which the Nazis were on trial.

Palestinian education erases the actual Holocaust from history and usurps the word “Holocaust” or its own wide range of malicious libels.
This video depicts a PA TV children’s play teaching that Israel burned Palestinians in ovens.
"They [Israel] are the ones who did the Holocaust,
their knife cuts to the length and the width of our flesh...
They opened ovens for us, to bake human beings.
They destroyed the villages and burnt the cities.
And when an oven stops burning, they light a hundred [more] ovens.
Their hands are covered with the blood of our children."
[PA TV (Fatah), March 25, 2004]

In addition, admiration of Hitler continues to be a component of the PA world. A PA funded children’s publication published an essay written by a teenage girl admiring Hitler, who told the Palestinian girl in her dream: "I killed them [the Jews] so you would all know
that they are a nation which spreads destruction all over the world." This essay published in 2011, yet in spite of broad international condemnation following PMW’s exposure, it was not removed from the Palestinian educational website Zayzafuna, when we last checked in Oct. 2013.

Since 2012, there have been a number of statements by the PA or PLO officials acknowledging the Holocaust. This has not yet been incorporated into PA formal education.

Senior Fatah official Rajoub: Israel “works according to a fascist governmental plan, a government that is typical of Nazism”
Source: Official Palestinian Authority TV, Oct. 29, 2017

Fatah Central Committee Secretary and Chairman of the Palestinian Football Association (PFA) Jibril Rajoub:
"This is a blatant violation when they [Israelis] organize an official [football] league on lands that are not Israeli lands. Even the Israel [Football] Association did not dare to claim: “These lands belong to us.” The one [Israel] who brings in politics and makes sport political is the one who works according to a fascist governmental plan, a government that is typical of Nazism. We have rights, and we will continue to demand them at the FIFA court in accordance with all the laws and regulations, and also the laws of Switzerland where FIFA is located."

PLO Director of Prisoners’ Affairs about Israel: “They are the Nazis and terrorists in this region”

Headline: "Jericho: Muslim and Christian clergy prayed for the brave prisoners"

"The Jericho and Jordan Valley district called on the sheikhs and priests to hold a prayer in solidarity with the prisoners who have been hunger striking these 20 days. Karake said: 'I do not like the [divisive] words Christian and Muslim, and the occupying invaders are the expellers and lawbreakers; they are the Nazis and terrorists in this region that are waging a war against our prisoners and refusing to implement the international conventions and laws’…
Karake explained: 'They defiled the holy plaza when they stormed the Church of the Nativity (see note below –Ed.). O world, prevent the occupation state from crucifying Jesus again. All we want is to live in dignity.’"

Official PA daily accuses Israel of "reconstructing the Holocaust against the Palestinians"
Source: Official PA daily, Al-Hayat Al-Jadida, May 1, 2017
Headline: “Israel’s future”
Excerpt of an op-ed by Omar Hilmi Al-Ghoul, regular columnist of the official PA daily
“While Israel is celebrating 69 years since its establishment on the ruins of the Palestinian people’s Nakba (i.e., “the catastrophe,” the Palestinian term for the establishment of the State of Israel), many questions arise that focus on one central point: What is the future of this state? Will it have a future if its political and military leadership continues [to choose] the option of war, death, and killing peace? For how long can Israel rebel and come out against international law and regional and global peace? And will reconstructing the Holocaust against the Palestinians help Israel survive? ...
Providing the answers remains [the role of] the political, cultural, scientific, military, and economic elite in the State of Israel; perhaps they will reach an informed and correct conclusion that will protect the future of all the peoples of the region and prevent Israel’s suicide.”
Fatah official: Israel treats Palestinians and Palestinian prisoners worse than the Nazis treated the Jews, threatens "violent response"
Source: Radio Voice of Palestine (Fatah), Apr. 30, 2017
Official PA radio station The Voice of Palestine, interview with Fatah Central Committee member, Fatah Commissioner of Mobilization and Organization in the West Bank, and PLO Central Council member Dr. Jamal Muhaisen

Fatah Central Committee member, Fatah Commissioner of Mobilization and Organization in the West Bank, and PLO Central Council member Dr. Jamal Muhaisen:
“(Muhaisen talks about the prisoner hunger strike that began on April 17, 2017 –Ed.) There will be a violent response against the Israeli occupation if one of our heroes dies as a Martyr (Shahid) in prison… This is a fascist leadership that enjoys the suffering of the Palestinian people, attempts to imitate the Nazis in their behavior towards the Jews in World War II, and also sometimes surpasses [the Nazis’] behavior towards our people and our prisoners.”

Deputy governor of Ramallah: "The occupation is practicing Nazism against our prisoners"

Headline: “The Prisoner’s Day events in Beit Rima and Deir Ghassaneh were completed”
“Deputy District Governor of Ramallah and El-Bireh Hamdan Barghouti said: ‘The prisoners have sacrificed years of their lives so that we will live in dignity. The solidarity events must continue in order to support the prisoners, especially in their campaign against the Israeli policy against them, and especially in light of the fact that their demands are legitimate.’
He noted that the Israeli ministers are inciting against the prisoners and demanding to execute them (see note –Ed.), and emphasized that the occupation is practicing Nazism against our prisoners.”

PMW could find no call by any Israeli minister to execute terrorist prisoners. This claim apparently refers to statements by Israeli Minister of Intelligence and Transportation Yisrael Katz on March 6 and 7, 2017, when he said that terrorist Marwan Barghouti, who orchestrated three shooting attacks in which 5 were murdered, should have been sentenced to the death penalty rather than life imprisonment.
PLO official: Israeli MPs' statements against terrorist Marwan Barghouti are "monstrous," "similar to the claims of Nazi leaders," and "from them wafts a smell of hate, racism, and corruption"

Posted text: “Director of [PLO] Commission of Prisoners’ Affairs Issa Karake said that the Israeli ministers’ statements against prisoner Marwan Barghouti (i.e., terrorist who orchestrated three shooting attacks in which 5 were murdered), the demand to execute him (see note below –Ed.), and the incitement against the prisoners (PMW could find no basis for claims of incitement –Ed.) are monstrous statements that are similar to the statements of the Nazi leaders , and from them wafts a smell of hate, racism, and corruption.
Karake noted that these statements, which were accompanied by arbitrary steps of oppression against the [hunger] strikers… point to an official Israeli political decision to suppress the strike and break the willpower of the strikers, which will lead to an explosion of the situation and an escalation within and outside of the prisons.
Karake held the occupation fully responsible for the consequences of the strike and its likely results. He said that the incitement by Israel against the prisoners reminds us of Germany in 1933, and that the present government in Israel has begun to constitute a danger to security and peace in the region, in that it has opened a third front against the defenseless prisoners and against their legitimate humanitarian demands.
He also mentioned the series of extremist inciting statements against the prisoners, who have been described as poisonous insects, and the calls to spray them with gas, throw them in to the Dead Sea, and establish extermination camps for the prisoners." (PMW has found no basis for these claims –Ed.)

Op-ed by PLO official glorifies imprisoned terrorist Marwan Barghouti, demonizes Israel
Source: Al-Quds, Mar. 30, 2017
Excerpt of an op-ed by Director of PLO Commission of Prisoners’ Affairs Issa Karake

Headline: “Prisoner Marwan Barghouti: I hope [to achieve] Martyrdom-death (Shahada) twice for this great people”
“Prisoner Marwan Barghouti (i.e., terrorist who orchestrated three shooting attacks in which 5 were murdered) has decided to lead the hunger strike that is not limited in time on April 17, 2017, in conjunction with the start of the Palestinian Prisoner’s Day activities. He called this step The Battle of Freedom and Dignity. In a statement he presented a series of humanitarian demands connected to improving the living conditions of all the male and female prisoners who are in the prisons.
Fifteen years after he was kidnapped and arrested by the occupation forces, Barghouti has understood that the occupation government is trying to decide the battle against the prisoners in the prisons by controlling them and turning them into mere ghosts and numbers, and by negating their symbolism as legal fighters and freedom prisoners who have fought and sacrificed for freedom, dignity, and independence…"

Official PA daily: "The Israeli ethnic cleansing state" is rooted in "fascism and Nazism"
Source: Official PA daily, Al-Hayat Al-Jadida, Mar. 11, 2017
Headline: "The call of the Muezzin on the firing line"
Op-ed article by Omar Hilmi Al-Ghoul, regular columnist for the official PA daily
“Last Wednesday [March 8, 2017] the Muezzin Law proposal was finally approved in a first reading in the Israeli Parliament, reflecting the Israeli insistence on deepening the racism against everything connected to the Muslim and Christian Palestinians…
The Israeli ethnic cleansing state - which claims to be democratic, protecting religious ceremonies, and adhering to international law - time after time verifies that it is a completely racist state that refuses to accept the other, the Palestinian and Arab owners of the land and their cultural, national, and religious heritage…
The unrestrained racist rampage just pushes the situation in rapid steps towards the imposing of a religious war and distancing from the original national and cultural basis of the conflict. It is also violating the international conventions, norms, and laws, and particularly the Fourth Geneva Convention of 1949, and is rooting the expressions of fascism and Nazism in Israeli society."

On Feb. 12, 2017, a bill to ban religious institutions from broadcasting over loudspeakers between the hours of 11:00 p.m. and 7:00 a.m. was authorized by the Israeli Ministerial Committee for Legislation and is now pending parliamentary approval. The bill is intended to prevent noise pollution and is referred to by many as the "Muezzin Law," although it does not apply to any specific religion.

Fatah official: Israel’s Regularization Law which legalizes West Bank settlements is a ‘new Holocaust’ against Palestinians
Source: Official PA daily, Al-Hayat Al-Jadida, Feb. 8, 2017
Headline: “The Israeli Parliament law – officially joining the global terror front”

Excerpt of an op-ed by Muwaffaq Matar, Fatah Revolutionary Council member and regular columnist for the official PA daily

“?The Regularization Law’ [which was ratified by] the Israeli Parliament while [Israeli Prime Minister Benjamin] Netanyahu was in London in order to celebrate the 100th anniversary of the Balfour Promise (i.e., Declaration) (sic., while in London on an official visit, Netanyahu was invited to the celebrations which will take place later this year –Ed.) appears to be something leading to a new crime... Therefore, what is new in the Israeli Parliament law is it being a new albeit slow Holocaust – but this time the victim is us, the Palestinians – and it being an expression of a secret plan to destroy us, as a copy of the crime their ancestors in Europe committed against the Indians on the American continent.”

PA daily prints op-ed comparing Trump to Hitler, Zionists to Nazis
Source: Official PA daily, Al-Hayat Al-Jadida, Feb. 7, 2017
Headline: "Trump's first days, 'the alternative facts'"
Op-ed by Ayman Al-Sayyad, first published on the Egyptian news website Shorouk
"It could be that [US President Donald] Trump does not know the meaning of the word eugenics, and I do not think he has read [the writings of Francis] Galton (a pioneer in eugenics, wrote many books in the 19th century CE –Ed.), as people like him do not read at all. However, in all his positions regarding the other, immigrants, or women, it seems that he is faithful to the same destructive principles that have in the past led racists such as Hitler to almost destroy the world…
History shows us that racist ideas that espouse the superiority of one race over another, as Hitler believed, led to a world war whose victims numbered more than 60 million, and I repeat – 60 million…
Anyone who does not know what discrimination on the basis of origin or identity is can review [Trump’s] decision to ban [the entry of] 'all' citizens of the seven states the decision included, and I repeat 'all citizens,' not the terrorists or the extremists among them, and not even those about whom there are security concerns… Why? Because racists are illogical and they put all the rest, and I repeat – 'all the rest,' in one category. The Nazis who believed in the superiority of the Aryan race acted in this way, and the Zionists act this way when they think that they are ‘Allah's chosen people.'"

Secretary-General of PA Islamic-Christian Council: Israel plans to turn Jerusalem into a "ghetto" through ethnic "cleansing"
Source: Ma’an, independent Palestinian news agency, Nov. 30, 2016
Headline: “Dr. Issa: Israel is turning Jerusalem into a ghetto with a Jewish majority”
Secretary-General of the [PA] Islamic-Christian Council for Jerusalem and the Holy Places Dr. Hanna Issa emphasized that the Israeli violations of all types in occupied Jerusalem reveal that the occupation government does not want to reach a real and just peace with the Palestinians, but rather aspires to realize its ambitions: Judaization, expanding the settlements, and turning the holy city [of Jerusalem] into a ghetto with an Arab ethnic minority and a Jewish majority. This is by means of its policy of expulsion and [ethnic] cleansing against the [Arab] residents of Jerusalem, so that in the long term the city will become the Jewish capital of what is termed the State of ‘Israel.’
He noted that ‘ghetto’ is defined as an area in which – willingly or by compulsion – groups of residents live, who are viewed by most people as [having] a certain ethnic background or [as belonging] to a certain culture or religion. He added that the word originally refers to the neighborhood of the Jews in a city, such as the ghetto in the center of the city of Rome, while in Arab countries the ghetto was called ‘the Jewish quarter.’
Dr. Issa added: ‘“Ghettoes” or “Jewish quarters” were first established in Poland after June 1941 (sic., the first ghetto was established in Venice in 1516 , the first ghetto in Nazi-occupied Poland was established in 1939 ), in the occupied territories of the Soviet Union, so as to isolate the Jewish residents. Most of the ghettoes were established in the poorest neighborhoods or in densely populated Jewish neighborhoods, and many of them were surrounded by walls or fences, or else other means were used to cut the connection with the outside world.’”

Headline: “The racism of Israel is burning its fingers”
Excerpt of op-ed by Bassem Barhoum
“Israel is a state that has lost its sense of sight and discernment. Therefore, I do not rule out that the day will soon come when we will see the Zionist racists and extremists who rule in Israel burning the books of the new Israeli historians and every book that talks objectively about the Palestinian-Israeli conflict in the city squares.
Who expected that the Germans would burn the books of [Karl] Marx and the rest of the thinkers and philosophers in the center of Berlin, and yet the blind racism of the Nazis led to this.
This caused me to consider the possibility that a scenario like this could happen as a response of the blind racism of the Israeli politicians to the participation and positions of representatives of the B’Tselem organization and the Americans for Peace Now association in the advisory meeting of the [UN] Security Council, which was held last Friday [Oct. 14, 2016] under the title Illegal Israeli Settlements: A Threat to Peace and the Two-State Solution.”

"Oh my enemy, others are brighter than you…
You are a Nazi, do not lie and do not call for peace
The chaos of your corruption is running rampant in Muslim countries
Your ebb and flow have come to an end, the illusion has reached its end and dissipated
Your time has come, accursed is your grandfather who brought us the Balfour Promise (i.e., Declaration)
[Even if] a period passes, we will not forget and our veins will be renewed
Your fate is shame and disgrace, regardless of what will come to pass.
Tomorrow we will liberate our land and we will lay the cornerstone,
Sometimes with weapons, and sometimes with politics.
The soil always calls to us: 'Come with [your] head held high,

“The extremism and follies of the obsession”
“Israel of the settler racist extremist right – Israel of [Israeli Prime Minister Benjamin] Netanyahu, [Minister of Defense Avigdor] Liberman, and [Minister of Education Naftali] Bennett – obsessively continues the offensive of distorting the position and policy of [PA] President Mahmoud Abbas and inciting against him. It is mistakenly deluded that this will perhaps topple the firm and clear Palestinian standpoint regarding the ways to make peace, security, and stability in the region…
The Israeli incitement campaign against him [Abbas] did not find – and will never find – [ways] other than fabricating lies, nonsense and more falsehoods, as those carrying out this [incitement] campaign are apparently followers of the school of [Joseph] Goebbels, the minister of buried Nazi propaganda, who made the famous statement: ‘Lie and lie until they believe you.’”

Hebron District Governor Kamel Hamid: “What is different this time [in the closure of Hebron] is that this siege accompanies political and financial punishments and tight closures. These gates remind us of what we read about the ghettos that the Jews in Europe were exposed to according to their claims, as can be seen they are perpetrating these ghettos against the Palestinian people.”

PA daily op-ed misrepresents Israeli general’s speech to compare Israel’s behavior to the Nazis

Headline: “Israel is not immune to condemnation!”

Excerpt of op-ed by Yahya Rabah, columnist for the official PA daily and a member of the Fatah Leadership Committee in Gaza

“[Israeli] Deputy Chief of General Staff and Major General Yair Golan is not a passing figure in Israel, and is not from the ranks of the Israeli opposition. He is from the heart of the Israeli security and military services, and yet he recently expressed views that greatly angered Netanyahu and many members of his government who are members of the extremist and racist hawks. He said that the behavior of the Israeli army’s soldiers against the Palestinians is not less despicable than the Nazi actions and the Nazi Holocausts (sic.) against the Jews (sic., he actually said that we must be careful not to act like the Nazis and uproot any signs of intolerance and violence).”

Yair Golan’s speech on May 4, 2016:
“The Holocaust, as I see it, must enable us to deeply reflect on the nature of man. It must bring us to deeply reflect on the responsibility of leadership and the nature of society, and it must enable us to think fundamentally about how we, here and now, are conducting ourselves toward orphans, widows and their like. Indeed, there is nothing easier than to simply hate the other, there is nothing easier than to provoke fears and strike terror; there is nothing easier than barbaric behavior, moral corruption and hypocrisy. On Holocaust Remembrance day, it is appropriate to discuss our abilities to extricate from among us signs of intolerance and violence, signs that we're heading towards self-destruction and down the road to moral depravity. In fact, Holocaust Remembrance Day is an opportunity for self-examination. If Yom Kippur is a day for personal self-reflection, then it is appropriate, and even absolutely necessary, that Holocaust Remembrance Day, will also be a day of national self-examination, and in

“[At the moment] it is the 68th anniversary of the Nakba (i.e., “the catastrophe,” Palestinian term for the establishment of the State of Israel), and after all these years it looks like what happened to the Palestinian people in 1948 became a curse on the future of the State of Israel. The Israelis are still afraid of the spirits moving under the ground of the villages that were destroyed and of their residents who were exiled and massacred, and that is what one of the central figures in this war, [Israeli] Deputy Chief of General Staff and Major General Yair Golan, said when he compared the behavior of the Israeli army toward the Palestinians to the behavior of the Nazis [and said] that the buds of hatred and intolerance in Israeli society torment the human conscience and are leading to moral deterioration, there was a Holocaust there, and a holocaust is taking place here (sic., he actually said that we must be careful not to act like the Nazis and uproot any signs of intolerance and violence).”

Indeed, there is nothing easier than to simply hate the other, there is nothing easier than to provoke fears and strike terror; there is nothing easier than barbaric behavior, moral corruption and hypocrisy. On Holocaust Remembrance day, it is appropriate to discuss our abilities to extricate from among us signs of intolerance and violence, signs that we're heading towards self-destruction and
Op-ed in PA daily accuses Israel of carrying out "a more barbaric, despicable holocaust against the Palestinians"
Source: Official PA daily, Al-Hayat Al-Jadida, May 8, 2016
Headline: “Learning the lessons of the Holocaust”
“In order to atone for this despicable crime against the European Jews, capitalist Europe committed another crime: the establishment of the colonialist State of Israel on the ruins of the Nakba (i.e., “the catastrophe,” Palestinian term for the establishment of the State of Israel) of the Palestinian people, whose children, women, elderly, and young are being burnt by its consequences to this day. This is because, unfortunately, the Zionist movement and its main support – the Hebrew state – is reenacting the horror of the Holocaust against the Jews in the ‘40s of the previous century, in a more barbaric, despicable holocaust against the Palestinians, through the occupation, racism, and fascism which have begun to characterize rebellious, outlaw Israel… The Israeli values, political and military alike… are the same values that dominated Hitler’s Nazi regime in Germany, but the German racism against members of the Jewish religion has been replaced by Jewish-Israeli racism against those with Palestinian and Arab national identities. On the anniversary of the Nazi Holocaust against the Jews, if only the Zionist leaders of the various schools of thought would notice the dangers of their holocaust against the Palestinian people, and reevaluate their war crimes and the spread of deadly racism in their ranks.”

Op-ed in PA daily implicitly compares Israeli government to Nazis
Source: Official PA daily, Al-Hayat Al-Jadida, Apr. 26, 2016
Headline: “Those who pass between fleeting words”
Op-ed by Jihad Al-Khazen, originally published in the London-based Al-Hayat newspaper
“The terrorist [Israeli Prime Minister] Benjamin Netanyahu promises not to give up the Golan. I say to him (through a third party because I cannot speak with him) [parentheses in source] that Tel Aviv is not his. The Golan is part of Syria, and all of Israel is occupied Palestine… What I say is that the occupation of Palestine is an evil thing that will end with the return of the occupiers to the place from where they came. I do not expect that the justice will include putting the members of the Israeli government on trial as the Nazis were put on trial after the fall of the Nazis, but just that they will leave, as Mahmoud Darwish requested when he said to them that they ‘pass between fleeting words’ and that they should take their names and get out from on us. All of their news is a crime or lies. The Jewish holiday of Passover falls on the 22nd of this month, and it marks the anniversary of the exodus of the Jews from Egypt. According to information I have received from two university professors, which was verified by my friend, the archeologist Zahi Hawass, this whole story is a biblical myth. I challenge them to bring me one archeological remnant from Egypt or Sinai, as I challenge them daily to bring me one Jewish archeological remnant from Jerusalem, or to show us a rock from the alleged Temple.”

Former Arafat advisor: Israeli crimes against Palestinians “exceed the Nazis’ crimes by several degrees”
Source: Ma’an, independent Palestinian news agency, Mar. 17, 2016
Headline: "Abu Sharif calls on Putin to stop Israel's expansion"
"[Former advisor to Yasser Arafat] Bassam Abu Sharif called on President of Russia [Vladimir Putin] to stand firmly against the Israeli expansion, land expropriation, and building of settlements, being carried out with the criminal power of the occupation army. Bassam Abu Sharif stated in the name of a large group of members of the Palestinian National Council: 'I call on President [Vladimir] Putin to deter the racist regime from carrying out its criminal acts against the Palestinian people, its men, women, and children. Abu Sharif added that the Israeli crimes being carried out against [Palestinian] civilians have reached a point where they exceed the Nazis’ crimes by several degrees."
Op-ed in official PA daily: “Nazi Holocaust is ancient history,” Israel uses Holocaust to draw attention from holocaust that it is carrying out against the Palestinians
Source: Official PA daily, Al-Hayat Al-Jadida, Feb. 29, 2016
Headline: The latest news: Holocaust, a judge, and a 500 euro bill”
Op-ed by Jihad Al-Khazen originally published in the London-based Al-Hayat newspaper
“Georgetown University, where I once studied, has received a $10,000,000 grant for Nazi Holocaust studies in the framework of its Jewish Studies program.
The university is Catholic, and I do not understand why it is carrying out research on the Holocaust. In addition, this Holocaust occurred 70 years ago or more, while a holocaust is being perpetrated daily by a terrorist, criminal government (i.e., Israeli government) of settlers against the Palestinians in their occupied land, but no research on that is being carried out at Georgetown University. The Nazi Holocaust is ancient history, and the Palestinian holocaust is daily news, and Israel’s supporters will not succeed in calling attention to history that will never return in order to make people forget what the occupation state is perpetrating today.”
PLO official: Israel is employing “neo-Nazism” against the Palestinians

Headline: “Abu Yusuf: The American government’s role in the area has now become suspicious, and the Jerusalem Intifada must be supported until freedom is achieved”
“Secretary-General of the Palestinian Liberation Front and PLO Executive Committee member Dr. Wasel Abu Yusuf rejected the possibility that the latest meeting of President Mahmoud Abbas with [US Secretary of State John] Kerry in Amman will lead to positive results for the Palestinians… Abu Yusuf stated that our Palestinian people’s intifada has amazed the world and exposed the truth about the neo-Nazism being employed by the occupation, and also said that the continuation of the Palestinian people’s resolve will thwart pressures being applied to the Palestinian leadership. Likewise, he clarified that it is not reasonable for the US to have a new role, and emphasized that the main goal of the American administration is to bring the intifada to an end.”

Bassam Abu Sharif added that all of the German citizens see with their own eyes the crimes being perpetrated by the Zionist occupation against the Palestinian people, and there is no doubt that the barbaric manner in which the Ashkenazis (i.e., Jews of European descent) perpetrate their crimes against children… exceeds the Nazis' crimes by a few levels, as the Ashkenazis are perpetrating their war crimes against an entire people."
Fatah calls Israel’s government “Nazi”
Source: Official PA daily, Al-Hayat Al-Jadida, Jan. 12, 2016
Headline: “Ramallah and El-Bireh branch discusses several topics”
“Fatah’s Ramallah branch held its weekly meeting yesterday [Jan. 11, 2016] evening, and discussed several topics related to the Palestinian cause, political developments, developments in the field, and the internal organizational situation. [Participants] in the meeting emphasized that it is important to retain the level of alertness, and that the popular intifada against the occupation and its settlers must be escalated and spread everywhere.
[Participants] in the meeting emphasized that the [Fatah] movement and its Tanzim (Fatah terror faction –Ed.) will remain the spearhead of the resistance to the occupation out of loyalty to the sweeping flood of Martyrs and the commitment they took upon themselves: to defend the land, the honor, and the holy sites. [They added that] the struggle’s arena is not limited to a specific location or time as long as the occupation continues to hang over our land and its settlers continue to damage our property… The movement stated that [Israeli Prime Minister Benjamin] Netanyahu and his Nazi government’s gamble on the collapse of the Palestinian Authority (PA) and the thwarting of the intifada from the inside is a failed gamble, and noted that the people of sacrifice do not mind paying the price as long as its goal is freedom and independence.”
Fatah official: Netanyahu is “a Fascist and represents the new Nazism”

Deputy Secretary of the Fatah Central Committee, Jibril Rajoub:‎ "I say to the Israelis first of all: You sons of bitches, we will not accept less than a ‎Palestinian state. We are the owners of the land, and we are the residents of the land ‎and you are strangers in the land... Our relations with the occupation need to be first of ‎all on a basis of clashes – until a Palestinian state is established. Do not believe in ‎‎[Israeli Prime Minister] Netanyahu, he is a liar and a scoundrel, and he’s a Fascist and ‎represents the new Nazism... PA daily op-ed: Israel is carrying out a “worse holocaust” against the Palestinians and "the victims have turned into the criminals"
Source: Official PA daily, Al-Hayat Al-Jadida, Nov. 26, 2015
Op-ed by Fatah Revolutionary Council member Bakr Abu Bakr, regular columnist for official PA daily:
Headline: “The Israeli and the ‘Paris attack’”
“There is no doubt that the Israeli always tries to take advantage of every event for his own interests, and use it for his policies and deceptive narrative, and he does not mind that he reminds the world of the broken record regarding ‘the Holocaust’ and ‘Antisemitism,’ and that the entity ‘the Jewish and democratic state’ fights terror. Likewise, he does not mind comparing what they claim is Palestinian terror and what happened in Europe (i.e., Paris terror attacks), so that [Israeli Prime Minister Benjamin] Netanyahu and his friends can again and again portray themselves as heroes and as fighting against terror and the evil represented by the Palestinian on one hand, and the country that sponsors it, Iran, on the other hand… The exploitation and use of global catastrophes as if their source is somehow the Palestinian or ‘Islam’ is common policy of the Israeli rulers today, and they themselves are the ones who intentionally remind the world of its ‘duty’ regarding the horrific Israeli ‘Holocaust,’ without taking into account that the victims have turned into the criminals, as today the Israeli occupation of our land is carrying out a worse holocaust.”

Paris attacks 2015 - On Nov. 13, 2015, seven terrorist attacks were carried out simultaneously in Paris, France, in which it is estimated that 129 people were murdered. An additional 352 people were wounded, 99 of them in serious condition. The most massive attack took place at the Bataclam theater during a rock concert, where 87 people were murdered. On Nov. 14, 2015 ISIS claimed responsibility for these attacks.

Fatah Central Committee member Jamal Muhaisen in video: "Our national unity (i.e., between Fatah and Hamas) is the basis for dealing with the criminal plots being carried out by that racist criminal Zionist entity's government, and with the blind support it receives from the American regime, which insists on remaining the leader of imperialism and international terror, while describing the Palestinian people's struggle for liberty and independence as terror. This, while granting the occupier, that Nazi criminal, a certificate that its crimes against the Palestinian people are self-defense. However, I say to this Nazi occupier, and to the leader of terror, the US: 'We do not expect a certificate of good behavior from you, but rather Shahada (play on words: In Arabic Shahada means both “Martyrdom” - death for Allah - and “certificate” –Ed.) that we receive from Allah, who chooses Martyrs from among us, who are more honorable than all of us.'"

Netanyahu is “a friend of Hitler and his ‎ilk” and is “stricken with political and ‎intellectual Alzheimer”‎
Source: Official Palestinian Authority TV, Oct. 22, 2015
Op-ed by Omar Hilmi Al-Ghoul, columnist ‎for the official PA daily:
‎“[Israeli Prime Minister Benjamin] ‎Netanyahu delivered a speech yesterday ‎‎[Oct. 20, 2015], Tuesday, to the Zionist ‎Congress, which was full of all colors of ‎forgery, deception, and incitement ‎against the Palestinian people and ‎President Mahmoud Abbas… and which ‎acquitted Adolf Hitler, the German ‎leader, of the blood of millions of Jews, ‎and ‘placed the responsibility for it’ on ‎‎[Grand Mufti] Haj Amin Al-Husseini, who ‎‎‘incited’ Hitler to carry out the ‎Holocaust, according to Netanyahu’s ‎neo-fascist logic…‎
Everyone knows that the Palestinian ‎people and its historic leaders, from ‎‎[Grand Mufti] Haj Amin Al-Husseini and ‎those who preceded him and followed ‎him, all of them were victims of that ‎Holocaust, whose results are the ‎responsibility of the British-French-‎German-American colonial West. This is ‎because they paved the way through the ‎ominous British Balfour Promise (i.e., ‎Declaration), and afterward through the ‎campaigns of Jewish immigration to ‎historic Palestine. They gave them (Zionist ‎Jews) (parentheses in source) all the ‎political, legal, financial, and military ‎reliefs to establish the Israeli state on the ‎ruins of the Nakba (“the catastrophe,” the ‎Palestinian term for the establishment of ‎the State of Israel) of the Palestinian ‎people in May 1948... Today, Jerusalem has become a military base. Today Muslims under the age of 40 are forbidden to pray in the Al-Aqsa Mosque.”

“Fatah Central Committee member Abbas Zaki stressed that relations with Israel need to be reexamined, and demanded of the Arab world and the entire world to annul the recognition of it [Israel], isolate it, and put it on trial. Likewise, he emphasized that attacks to destroy ISIS should not be carried out, as it does not commit even part of the terror of an organized country like Israel, but rather these attacks should be carried out to destroy Israel, since its attacks are worse than those of ISIS.
He added in an interview with Dunia Al-Watan: ‘What happened (i.e., the arson attack and murder) is a war crime and eradication [of the Palestinians], which is included in the framework of terror of the organized country. Therefore, the entire world must know and see the crimes committed by Israel, instead of dealing with what is called ISIS and the fundamentalist and religious extremists. Official PA daily op-ed: Murderous Israeli government policy is “successor to German Nazism and Italian Fascism,” Israel is “fascist, Nazi” and is committing a “holocaust”
Source: Official PA daily, Al-Hayat Al-Jadida, Aug. 1, 2015
Op-ed by Omar Hilmi Al-Ghoul, columnist for official PA daily
“This extremist right-wing policy of Netanyahu’s government, successor to German Nazism and Italian Fascism, which is reborn on the ruins of the bodies and blood of the Arab Palestinian people, could not in any way have expanded and broken out in the Arab Palestinian land without the silence and support of the US, Europe, and the entire world, including the official Arab regimes. Apparently, the condemnation statements made by the Israeli occupation and aggression state were only meant to conceal the ties the West has forged with Israel. This is because this world [the West] built its culture on the foundations of ancient and modern settlement, and sees in Israel the extension of the policy of dividing and tearing into pieces the peoples of the Arab nation, in addition to its role as a front line in service of the goals of the entire West, and the US in particular… Fascist, Nazi Israel is only above international law thanks to the discriminatory policies of the West and the US in particular and now is the time – not tomorrow or the day after – to respond to the holocaust Israel is committing.”

Israel called "Nazi leadership… a racist leadership with expansionist tendencies" on PATV
Source: Official Palestinian Authority TV, Mar. 29, 2015
Official PA TV program Topic of the Day interviewed Fatah Central Committee Member and Commissioner of Foreign Branches Jamal Muhaisen on the resolutions of the Arab League summit.
Muhaisen: “We are approaching the seventh decade of the Israeli occupation of the land of Palestine, occupied since 1948, and the fifth decade of lands occupied in 1967.
If there won’t be an arrangement in the region based on this initiative [the Arab initiative], there will be a different Arab position. This requires a meeting of the Arab generals, ministers of defense, and foreign ministers, so that we can design a new strategy by which we will force the Nazi leadership, which rules the Palestinian people today - a racist leadership with expansionist tendencies - [to surrender]. After all, the world goes into action wherever there is an attack [on innocents] except when it comes to the Palestinian people.”

Fatah official calls Netanyahu “Fuhrer” and accuses other Israeli politicians of being worse than Goebbels
Source: Al-Quds website, Nov. 5, 2014
“Deputy Secretary of the Fatah Central Committee Jibril Rajoub accused Benjamin Netanyahu’s extremist right-wing Israeli government of repeating the acts of the Third Reich – the name the Nazi party gave to Germany under Hitler’s regime… Rajoub described the Israeli Prime Minister as a ‘Fuhrer’ leading a group of corrupt extremists, the likes of [Foreign Minister Avigdor] Liberman and [Minister of the Economy] Naftali Bennett, who have outdone Goebbels, Hitler’s propaganda minister, in their lies and racist Nazi acts…
Rajoub condemned the racist statements made by Israeli Foreign Minister Avigdor Liberman against President Abbas for sending a telegram of condolence to the family of Martyr (Shahid) Mutaz Hijazi, and called on him [Liberman] to go back to his original homeland. Rajoub added: ‘If the Israelis had any self-respect, they wouldn’t have chosen a ‘thug and nightclub security guard’ to serve as their foreign minister.’”

The Holocaust “implanted racism” in Jews and gave them the urge to “reenact the Holocaust” against Palestinians
Source: Official PA daily, Al-Hayat Al-Jadida, Oct. 23, 2014
Op-ed by Omar Hilmi Al-Ghoul, columnist for the official PA daily:
“Germany played a central role in the birth of the State of Israel – a role exemplified in the following ways: First, the Nazi Holocaust, which Hitler and his regime perpetrated against the Jews in Germany, beginning with their rise to power in 1933, and in every place in Europe his armies conquered in World War II, between 1939 and 1945. This led to a manifold increase in Jewish emigration to Palestine, organized by the Zionist movement and supported by the countries of Western Europe, Britain in particular. Second, the German Holocaust created and implanted racism, vengefulness and the [urge to] reenact the Holocaust against the Arab Palestinian gentiles in the Zionist Jews’ [collective] consciousness and subconscious… The German leadership must take account of the huge dangers its historic complex from the Holocaust of the Jews is bringing upon the Palestinian people, as well as of the dangers threatening regional and world peace. For in every war Israel wages against the Palestinians, it perpetrates a new Holocaust against children, women and elderly, spreading destruction in the various spheres of life – as occurred during ‘Protective Edge’ war (i.e., refers to when Hamas was firing thousands of rockets at Israel and Israel responded with Operation Protective Edge, which aimed at destroying Hamas' terror infrastructure and ability to launch rockets at Israel.) against the Gaza Strip.”

Moreover, in burning the youth Abu ‎Khdeir alive, they have restored the Holocaust, today, to its abominable and ‎nauseating path, in a way that demonstrates that they are imitating, like [people] ‎gone mad, those who burned their fathers and grandfathers… ‎
What should the world do now – [the same] free world that did not let a moment ‎go by… without condemning the Nazi Holocaust? What should it do when there ‎are those in Israel who are once again igniting a new Holocaust against the ‎Palestinian people, in order to achieve the same aims that Nazism’s racist ‎whims and fabrications sought to achieve?...‎
The time has come not just for humane and political words of truth, but for a moral ‎stance that will prevent crime and extinguish the flames seeking a new Holocaust, ‎whose devastating wickedness would spare no one.”‎

Abbas advisor: Murder of Palestinian teen might surpass crimes of the Nazis
Source: Official Palestinian Authority TV, July 4, 2014
Official PA TV broadcast the Friday ‎sermon from the Al-Tashrifat Mosque in ‎the presidential compound in Ramallah. ‎The sermon was delivered by Mahmoud ‎Al-Habbash, the Supreme Shari’ah Judge ‎and Mahmoud Abbas’ Advisor on ‎Religious and Islamic Affairs. Among the ‎audience was PA Chairman Mahmoud ‎Abbas.‎
Mahmoud Al-Habbash, the Supreme ‎Shari’ah Judge and Mahmoud Abbas’ ‎Advisor on Religious and Islamic Affairs: “I ‎call on the world that was surprised by this ‎new Nazism, which perhaps surpasses ‎the crimes of the Nazis… Those who ‎killed Muhammad Abu Khdeir killed all ‎people, killed all the nations, killed the ‎concept of humanity, and the world today ‎must say a true word – not just a word ‎meant for the press or for the sake of ‎politeness or pity… We want punishment ‎for the criminals and justice for the victim.”‎

Note:‎ On June 12, 2014, Israeli teens Eyal ‎Yifrach, Gilad Shaar and Naftali Frenkel ‎were kidnapped while hitchhiking in the ‎West Bank. The boys' bodies were found ‎by Israeli security forces near Hebron on ‎June 30, 2014. They appeared to have ‎been shot to death soon after the ‎abduction. Two days later, Palestinian teen ‎Muhammad Abu Khdeir was kidnapped ‎and murdered in Jerusalem in a revenge ‎attack by Israeli extremists. Following this ‎murder, Palestinians took to the streets of ‎eastern Jerusalem in violent and ‎continuous protests. Prime Minister ‎Benjamin Netanyahu and other Israeli ‎ministers immediately condemned the ‎revenge killing in the strongest terms. ‎Israeli police arrested six Israeli suspects ‎on July 6th; under interrogation, three of ‎the suspects confessed to murdering ‎Khdeir.‎
Hamas news source: Israelis "adopt Hitler's outlook," using children's blood to bake Matzot
Source: Al-Risala (Hamas news source), July 3, 2014
Op-ed by Wisam Afifa, editor-in-chief of ‎Al-Risala, a Hamas news source‎
‎“The settlers used the body of the youth ‎Muhammad Hussein Abu Khdeir, 17, from ‎Shuafat in northern occupied Jerusalem ‎for their sacred revenge [ritual], by ‎torturing him and burning him to death in ‎a crime reminiscent of the Jews’ sacred ‎Matzot [bread], [whose roots] go back to ‎the depths of the history of treachery and ‎murder, in which the culture of violence ‎and murder slowly grew among the Jews, ‎until it entered their religious rites.‎ The ‘sacred Matzah’ here is a Matzah ‎dipped in the human blood of the ‎‎‘gentiles’, meaning, the outsiders, to ‎celebrate the holiday the Jews call ‎Passover.‎
According to historical traditions, [the ‎Jews] would murder gentiles, preferably ‎children under the age of ten, collect their ‎blood and give it to the chief rabbi to mix ‎in with the dough of the holiday Matzot, ‎and then offer this baked food to ‎observant Jews to feast on their holiday.‎..
The ‎Israelis, in their criminal way, adopt ‎Hitler’s outlook, which was based on ‎classifying humans into superior races, ‎which included the Aryans, and inferior ‎races, which included the blacks, Arabs ‎and Jews...
Likewise, ‘Israel’ believes the racial ‎supremacy of the Jews gives it absolute ‎rights to occupy, settle, take revenge ‎and spill blood. They made their holy ‎bread in this way in the past, and this is ‎how they conduct their holy revenge rites ‎today, with the youth Abu Khdeir as their ‎sacrifice.”‎

Abbas advisor: Murder of Palestinian youth is "uglier than the crimes of the Nazis"

‎     “The crime of the murder of the youth ‎Muhammad Abu Khdeir by settlers is uglier ‎than the crimes of the Nazis in Europe ‎during World War II. The world must not be ‎satisfied with condemning the crime, but ‎must act to punish its perpetrators. The ‎deterrent and just punishment is not merely ‎jail or imprisonment, but execution. Fatah official: Jews "frightened all of Europe with the story of the Holocaust, and they are [now] doing the same thing to us"
Source: Official Palestinian Authority TV, June 26, 2014
Official PA TV program The State of ‎Politics interviewed Deputy Secretary of ‎the Fatah Central Committee and ‎Chairman of the Palestinian Football ‎Association Jibril Rajoub
Deputy Secretary of the Fatah Central ‎Committee Jibril Rajoub: “There are ‎three kidnapped Israelis. Kidnapped or ‎not... Three ‎Israelis have disappeared. They were at ‎the wrong place at the wrong time. They ‎are in occupied territories, the Palestinian ‎people’s territories... At first, the whole world identified with the ‎story of the three settlers, none of whom ‎should have been [in] our [territory], as I ‎said, alright?‎
None of them should have been [here]. ‎This is our land.”‎
Official PA TV host: “Their very presence ‎‎[there] was illegal.”‎
Deputy Secretary of the Fatah Central ‎Committee Jibril Rajoub: “This is our ‎land and they need to think and leave it. If ‎they don’t want to be kidnapped, don’t ‎want stones to be thrown at them and ‎don’t want to be attacked, they should ‎leave, leave our land. Then they should ‎see whether or not there are security ‎guarantees… ‎
Of course, they frightened all of Europe ‎with the story of the Holocaust, and they ‎are [now] doing the same thing to us. We ‎are 12 million: a little over 6 outside and a ‎little over 5 inside the homeland. 70 ‎percent of our people in Gaza are ‎refugees, alright? In the West Bank, a ‎third of the population are also refugees, ‎and even half of those who are in the ‎‎1948 [territories] (i.e., Israel) are refugees, ‎even in their [own] country.”‎

Official PA daily: Israel's acts are "borrowed from the Nazis"
Source: Official PA daily, Al-Hayat Al-Jadida, May 21, 2014
Op-ed by Yahya Rabbah, regular columnist for Al-Hayat Al-Jadida
"Perhaps not many remember Shylock the Jew, the main protagonist of Shakespeare's play, The Merchant of Venice. Shylock was a usurer, who lent a sum of money to a bankrupt man, on the condition that if he could not repay [the debt], he would take a pound of the debtor's flesh instead of the loan...
The current Israeli government is continuously accusing the PA of incitement, of a rise in Antisemitism and of harming Israel's image! Let us quickly analyze the situation, and we'll discover that no one in the world harms Israel's image more, reveals its racism, and its contempt and provocation of world public opinion more than Netanyahu and his ministers, especially those from the Likud, Bait Yehudi and Yisrael Beiteinu...
Israel lives on an extensive system of British Mandatory laws, illusory biblical maps, hallucinations from the time of the Babylonian or Roman exile for which not a single proof exists, and on acts borrowed from the Nazis, which the Israelis are now imitating against the Palestinian people - as several Israeli thinkers, writers and historians have explicitly admitted in recent days...
Legalizing the illegal, legitimizing the illegitimate, presenting history in a one-sided way, and howling like mad wolves - this is what Netanyahu is doing at the head of his present government, in an insane race against time, clearly loathing everyone and misanalysing what is happening in the region and in the world. So how can the world believe this? How can the world relate to this? Who believes Shylock's false claims? But there is one essential difference, which is that the modern Shylock doesn't lend [money] to anyone, but rather owes everyone - without exception -his ability to survive."

Fatah official: Israel’s creation was “the Holocaust of Palestine”
Source: Official PA daily, Al-Hayat Al-Jadida, May 15, 2014
Op-ed by Fatah Central Committee member Abbas Zaki
“On May 14, 1948, colonialist Britain announced the end of its Mandate in Palestine and the completion of its mission, [which was] to allow the Zionist movement to take over. As the last day [of the Mandate] drew to a close, it [Britain] began withdrawing its troops. That same night, the leader of the armed Zionist gangs, David Ben Gurion, finished reading the declaration of the ‘independence of the State of Israel,’ as it was called, to the leaders of these gangs. With them, he approved Plan D, and on the morning of May 15, [1948] the Holocaust of Palestine, its great Nakba (i.e., ‘the catastrophe,’ Palestinian term for the establishment of the State of Israel) began… their Independence Day is our Nakba, the consequences of which we are still struggling to absorb and contain. [We are still struggling] to prepare ourselves for the restoration of all the rights we lost and to concentrate all our power and ability on achieving the great victory and putting an end to the Zionist settlement enterprise on our Palestinian land…
As we have seen throughout the history of the conflict, the functional aspect of the colonialist Zionist enterprise outside of Palestine’s borders calls for engaging in war and aggression against the Arab nation, completely dominating all political, social and economic channels in the neighboring Arab countries, weakening and embroiling them in wars and internal and external conflicts, and weakening the [entire] Arab region, exhausting it, to keep it under foreign influence and hegemony forever."

Fatah official on defining Israel as a Jewish state: “Israeli mindset” is like “days of Hitler”
Source: Awdah TV YouTube channel, May 12, 2014
The independent Palestinian TV channel Awdah hosted Fatah Central Committee member and Commissioner for Overseas Fatah Branch Affairs Dr. Jamal Muhaisen on its program The Political Situation:
Fatah Central Committee member and Commissioner for Overseas Fatah Branch Affairs Dr. Jamal Muhaisen: “I say that a democratic [state] is incompatible with a Jewish [state] or a nation [state].The current Israeli mindset, in my opinion, takes us back to the days of Hitler, when he distinguished between the German nation and the other nations of the world. Today, the Israeli side is also trying to distinguish between the Jews as a nation – I’m not talking about the Jews as a religion – and the Arab nation, who are the original inhabitants of the land.”

PA daily op-ed: Holocaust was heinous, but "the racist barbarity of Zionist colonialism is "no less heinous than Hitler's Nazism or Mussolini's Fascism"
Source: Official PA daily, Al-Hayat Al-Jadida, May 7, 2014
Op-ed by Omar Hilmi Al-Ghoul, regular columnist for the official PA daily and advisor to former PA Prime Minister Salam Fayyad on national affairs
“President Mahmoud Abbas set a precedent for the Palestinian policy on the Holocaust when he called it ‘the most heinous crime to have occurred against humanity in the modern era,’ in answer to a question about Jewish Holocaust Day, during his meeting with Rabbi Marc Schneier on Sunday, April 27 [2014]…
Israeli leaders, especially from the extreme right, such as [Israeli Minister of Economy Naftali] Bennett, [Israeli MP Uri] Ariel, [Israeli MP Moshe] Feiglin and others, will never be reconciled whatever the positive Palestinian position on the Jewish question may be… because they believe that the statements of the Palestinian leaders – and especially those of President Abbas – are a tactical ploy aimed at winning the sympathy of the West and Israel… In addition, they are trying to attribute a hostile position on the Holocaust to Mahmoud Abbas, which is not true at all…
Nonetheless, the Holocaust cannot be considered the most heinous crime against humanity, because that’s an exaggeration. The most heinous and appalling crimes in [modern] times were the World Wars and the regional wars that claimed tens of millions of lives from among the nations of the world. The Crusades were among the most heinous wars earlier in history. Every religious or ethnic war is a heinous war. The Palestinian Nakba – whose testimony against the racist barbarity of Zionist colonialism, which is supported by the capitalist West, is still evident – is also among the wars and calamities that are no less heinous than Hitler’s Nazism or Mussolini’s Fascism.”

Official PA daily: Israel ”surpassed Italian Fascism, German Nazism and [other] military dictatorships around the world”
Source: Official PA daily, Al-Hayat Al-Jadida, May 6, 2014
By Omar Hilmi Al-Ghoul, regular columnist for official PA daily and advisor to former PA Prime Minister Salam Fayyad on national affairs
“Since Israel was established on the ruins of the Palestinian Nakba (i.e., ‘the catastrophe,’ Palestinian term for the establishment of the State of Israel) – which has [recently] marked its 66th anniversary – the Zionist leaders have been developing their slogans and methods of extermination and terrorism against our Palestinian people within the Green Line, which include the military orders that have harmed the dignity and rights of the Palestinian person in the most barbaric and despicable ways, until they surpassed Italian Fascism, German Nazism and [other] military dictatorships around the world.
After Israel conquered all of historical Palestine, the Sinai and the Golan on June 4, 1967, it continued its ‘price tag’ policy against the Palestinian people in particular and the Arab nations, whose territories were conquered, in general, by restoring the Emergency Law and the military orders, in order to complete the stages of its initial Zionist plan and colonialist project, which is based on the fundamental political slogan, ‘Your land, O Israel, from the Nile to the Euphrates.’”
PA daily op-ed condemns Holocaust, but claims Israel's crimes against Palestinians "surpass the Holocaust crime"

By Muwaffaq Matar, regular columnist for the official PA daily
“Yes, we are against the Holocaust, because by [holding] this position we protect our humanity – despite the efforts of generals, prime ministers and leaders of extremist, Jewish parties that smell of racism and discrimination, to deprive us of [our humanity] and deny that we possess it like the rest of the nations.
Intelligent and compassionate people cannot help but perceive the tragedy of a European who was murdered, burned, arrested or persecuted for being a Jew, especially since we are the main victims, more than any other nation in the world, of the Zionist ideology, which exploited the suffering of the world’s Jews and the Jewish problem in Europe. It became a contractor for the old and new colonialist states in the heart of the Arab territory, and it perpetrates war crimes in Palestine…
We cannot accept the crimes of Hitler the Nazi against the Jews in Germany and Europe, even if the crimes of Israel’s political and military leaders against us surpass the Holocaust crime – because we support the right of every innocent human being to life.
Otherwise, we will enable any nation coming after us to condone the crimes that were perpetrated against us, just as we have condoned – for the sake of argument – the crimes of the Nazis against the European Jews.
I, as a humane Palestinian, oppose any form of exploitation, racism, discrimination and crime. There is no difference between victims in terms of [their] sex, faith or color, for we are all children of Adam and Eve.”
PA TV: Israel "perpetrates a new Holocaust each day against our people"
Source: Official Palestinian Authority TV, Apr. 28, 2014
Official PA TV News reported on Holocaust Memorial Day
PA TV newsreader: “Even as Israel commemorates the day known as Jewish Holocaust Day, it perpetrates a new Holocaust each day against our people; it persecutes them, discriminates and treats them with racism.”
[Photographs of Hitler and images from the period of the foundation of Israel (Ben Gurion, war images, etc.) appear in the background during the report]:
PA TV narrator: “Even as the Israelis commemorate Holocaust Day – which all human conventions denounce and condemn because it is contrary to the nature of all mankind – our people remember the holocausts and massacres committed by the descendants of the survivors of the Holocaust [perpetrated by] Nazi Germany. Israel has not learned the lesson from what happened to them and to other human beings. To the contrary, during its wars it carried out executions, murdered civilians, bombarded buildings with missiles, burned Arab villages in 1948 and set up detention camps. Between massacres, Tel Aviv established its control and occupation of this land, to compensate for its losses and for the suffering caused by Hitler’s Germany and the rest of the world, where they had been persecuted and discriminated against. The strange thing is that the occupation state copied these racist acts, and gave our people, the owners of this land, a taste of them, in order to prove historical fables and promises that exist in their extremist minds alone, about a land without a people for a people who never owned this land… Decades later, the situation has not changed, and Tel Aviv is still making our people taste tragedy – by oppressing the Palestinian people and undermining its awareness of its tragedy, in which Tel Aviv plays the part of the executioner."

Fatah youth on Netanyahu: “If this racist would look himself in the face, he would see the snows of Poland”
Source: Official website of Fatah's Mobilization and Organization Commission, fatehorg.ps, Mar. 10, 2014
“Fatah’s Shabiba [youth] movement in the West Bank published a press release in response to the declarations made by the extreme right-wing Prime Minister of the occupation, Benjamin Netanyahu, demanding that President Mahmoud Abbas [publicly] declare his recognition of Israel as a Jewish state at Birzeit University…
In its statement, Fatah’s Shabiba said that Netanyahu and his right-wing government should learn from history, which has proven at every stage that nations yearning for freedom, justice and independence inevitably achieve victory, and that occupation, racism and darkness are fated to vanish. It [the movement] noted in its statement that every olive tree and every speck of dust in Jerusalem, Jaffa, Acre, Safed, Nablus, Ramallah, Hebron, Gaza and all of Palestine recognizes the true owners of the land, for Palestinian land is alive and knows its original inhabitants, and knows who the new invaders are. [The message also stated that] the Nakba (“the catastrophe,” the Palestinian term for the establishment of the State of Israel) of our people, their expulsion from their villages and cities and the destruction of [their] villages over 66 years ago, will not erase the facts nor change the true face of the land.
In addition, Fatah’s Shabiba addressed a message to Netanyahu: ‘If this racist would look himself in the face, he would see the snows of Poland, where his father Benzion Netanyahu and his ancestors were born, while, if he had the courage to look into the eyes of the children of Palestine, he would see the soil of Jerusalem, the olive [trees] of Beit Jala, the orchards of Haifa, the coasts of Jaffa, the Arab character of Palestine…’"

Fatah official calls Israel a “criminal, fascist, Nazi occupation”
Source: Official PA TV Live, Feb. 26, 2014
Official PA TV Live broadcast a program under the heading, “What will happen after the negotiations?”
Deputy Secretary of the Fatah Central Committee Jibril Rajoub: “Had Fatah not taken decision-making and the Palestinian national will into its own hands using bullets, it would not have been possible for our cause to change from a refugee cause into a statehood cause. I’m not saying that on April 30 [2014] (i.e., when the negotiations with Israel are scheduled to end), we should pick up rifles and take to the streets, but neither do I rule this out – provided that the struggle be a means, and not an end. Therefore, the most important thing for us to do is… start an internal national dialogue to define our national agenda and our national strategy. In addition to the fact that the Palestinian cause, or Palestine as a state, is now on the international agenda, we have achieved something great and important over [the past] 50 years: We have attained moral supremacy over this criminal, fascist, Nazi occupation."

PA condemns the Holocaust, but includes it alongside "the Israeli occupation regime" as one of "several chapters of catastrophic evil in human history"
Source: Official PA daily, Al-Hayat Al-Jadida, Jan. 30, 2014
This is a rare and positive example of the PA acknowledging and condemning the Holocaust and its targeting of Jews. However, the PA subsequently compares “the Israeli occupation regime” to Nazi conduct during the Holocaust, listing both as examples of “catastrophic evil in human history”:
Headline
: “The [PA] Ministry of Foreign Affairs strongly condemns the crime of the Holocaust”
“On [International] Holocaust Remembrance Day, the [PA] Ministry of Foreign Affairs strongly condemned the acts of massacre that were committed primarily against Jews, as well as against other minorities, which are among the most serious crimes perpetrated by man against humanity. [The Ministry added that these crimes had been perpetrated] in a way incomprehensible and unimaginable to a free person, as part of a process of ethnic cleansing and genocide that will remain a mark of shame upon humanity’s forehead forever.
In a public announcement yesterday [Jan. 29, 2014], the [PA] Ministry of Foreign Affairs declared that there have been several chapters of catastrophic evil in human history that must be confronted and prevented from recurring… among them are the apartheid regime that blatantly dominated South Africa; the Israeli occupation regime and the domination of another nation, as in the case of the Palestinian nation, whose land expropriated, who was forcefully expelled from it, and who was robbed of land, freedom and honor.
The Ministry of Foreign Affairs called on the UN, its organizations and on all nations and specifically the permanent members of the Security Council, to take measures to protect humanity from these crimes’ recurrence and save it from them now, and hunt down the perpetrators [of such crimes.]”
Netanyahu "imitates Hitler's racism," which he acquired "genetically from the days of the Nazis"
Source: Official PA daily, Al-Hayat Al-Jadida, Jan. 27, 2014
“Benjamin Netanyahu, the current Prime Minister of Israel, is trying to create his own political lexicon, which is different than all his predecessors'... And he is demanding that the Palestinians recognize the Jewishness of the State of Israel! I believe that any Palestinian, ordinary as he may be, and any Israeli with any common sense, can ask Netanyahu, as a kind of challenge, what is his definition of the Jewishness of the Israeli state? ... Does Israel really recognize all its Jewish citizens as Jews, like the Falash Mura [Ethiopian] Jews for instance? And do the Arab Jews - Palestinians, Iraqis, Yemenites and Moroccans - enjoy equal treatment in Israel? I believe that when Netanyahu will broach this topic it will give off a very bad odor of racism. It is possible that Netanyahu has preserved it and acquired it genetically from the days of the Nazis and the Aryan race... Instead of Netanyahu disassociating himself from any act that would remind him of Hitler's racism, he imitates it and wants to replicate it against the people of Palestine, its inhabitants and nation and even against the citizens of the State of Israel themselves!"
Official PA daily: ‎‎“Israel is using the Jews in order to ignite a new Holocaust against them”‎
Source: Official PA daily, Al-Hayat Al-Jadida, Jan. 12, 2014
Op-ed by Adel Abd Al-Rahman, regular ‎columnist for Al-Hayat Al-Jadida
‎“The only narrative consistent ‎with historic Palestine is the Palestinian ‎narrative, and any other narrative is ‎nothing more than a fabrication meant to ‎justify a colonial occupation that expels ‎‎[the original inhabitants] and settles ‎‎[others in their place]. Therefore, all the ‎claims of the leaders of the Zionist ‎movement, from Herzl to Netanyahu and ‎everyone in between, are false… ‎
Proponents of the Zionist movement are ‎pumping up these lies through their ‎internationally influential media outlets, ‎which are supported in an unprecedented ‎way by the imperialist West, in order to ‎disseminate them and to brainwash the ‎Jews, who have been deceived, to realize ‎‎[their] colonial objectives in the region. ‎This [is being done] because the State of ‎Israel (Note: the Palestinian media ‎generally avoids using this term) was a ‎front line and support base for the ‎capitalist powers… and its purpose was ‎the partitioning of the Arab region and the ‎theft of its resources, to prevent the ‎awakening of the Arab nation and to serve ‎as a way out of the distress of the Jewish ‎question within the given time frame.‎
This conflict was never a religious conflict, ‎and never will be. This is because Israel is ‎using the Jews in order to ignite a new ‎Holocaust against them – not to protect ‎them or their interests – and to embroil ‎them in a war with the Palestinian Arab ‎nation and with the peoples of the Arab ‎nation, even though a central part of the ‎Jews with Israeli citizenship are Arabs – ‎residents of the various Arab nations, ‎including Palestine itself.”‎

PLO Councilmember: The Israeli “cannot live without being a Nazi”
Source: Official Palestinian Authority TV, Dec. 30, 2013
Official PA TV program Religion and the World :
Sheikh Yaqub Qarash, Preacher and Member of PLO’s National Council: "Inherent to the occupation is telling the enemy, ‘I have enemies.’ Who are these enemies? They are your prisoners, they are kidnapped civilians. When you come and take our brother Marwan Barghouti, you take him away from our home. What has Marwan Barghouti done? Marwan Barghouti, [Israel said to him:] ‘You rejected peace,’ even though he was one of the [national] leaders who spoke of peace. It is you, Israel, [who] rejected peace. You put Yasser Arafat and the Palestinian leadership under siege, and you cut off the roads to peace. Marwan worked with his brothers and his young men and his family. Ahmad Sa’adat, Fuad Al-Shubaki, many young men from all the organizations, What were they working for? To protect their people while you [Israel] rejected peace. You rejected peace. I say this sincerely, the one who has been rejecting peace for over twenty or thirty years is not the Palestinians. [You are] the one who puts up obstacles, who refuses peace, who wants to say there are prisoners, and there are fighters, so that he [Israel] can present himself to the West [as if] he is living in a war, [saying:] ‘Give me money. Give me weapons. I’m living in a war…’ This has become part of its economic activity, part of societal activity in Israel. Because he [the Israeli] has become someone who cannot live without being a Nazi. He cannot live without being a Nazi. I say this sincerely, the Israeli soldier and Israeli society have adopted its enemy’s (i.e., Nazi) nature. The Nazis harmed them, fought against them, and burned them. [And now] they want to burn us, to abuse us, to imprison us…”

Israel practices “Nazi occupation policy” against prisoners
Source: Official PA daily, Al-Hayat Al-Jadida, Dec. 12, 2013
“A delegation from the Democratic Front for the Liberation of Palestine [DFLP] in the Salfit district visited the district’s Ministry of Released Prisoners’ Affairs branch yesterday [Dec. 9, 2013] to congratulate new director, Nadhir Al-Salkhi, who stood at the head of the reception of the [Democratic] Front members, along with the office staff. The [Democratic] Front delegation included [Democratic] Front secretary in the district and central leadership member Hakam Qadri…
Qadri emphasized that it is important to show great interest in the prisoners and their cause, especially during this period, in which they face the Nazi occupation policy, whose purpose is to destroy and kill them.”

Note: The DFLP carried out many deadly terror attacks, including the taking of schoolchildren as hostages leading to the killing of 22 children and 4 adults in Ma’alot (May 15, 1974), an attack on a school bus killing 9 children and 3 adults (May 22, 1970), a bombing in Jerusalem killing 7 (Nov. 13, 1975), the killing of 4 hostages in an apartment building in Beit Shean (Nov. 11, 1974) and a suicide bombing near Tel Aviv killing 4 (Dec. 25, 2003). DFLP has participated in and claimed responsibility for dozens of other terror attacks.
Israel is “the state that carries out acts that are more despicable than Nazi racism!”
Source: Official PA daily, Al-Hayat Al-Jadida, Dec. 2, 2013
By PA daily columnist and member of the Fatah Leadership Committee in Gaza Yahya Rabah:
Headline:
“A despicable figure of an oppressive occupation”
“Israel is the last remaining model of colonialism as well as the last remaining model of the apartheid state, despicable racism and tales that seem like dark fairytales and it can no longer create natural connections or a positive and open leadership.
Israel hates everyone and patronizes everyone. It does not recognize the rights of its Arab citizens or the rights of its Palestinian neighbors and treats its Arab Jews ‘the Mizrahi (eastern) [Jews]’ and its African, Falash Mura Jews – who one day donated blood units and were surprised to discover the next day that they were thrown out – as second- and third-class citizens.
Israel lives contrary to history and outside of history. It does not recognize international or humane law or the legitimate international resolutions and has not noticed that, since the previous century, the entire world agreed to eradicate colonialism. From ‘the state of those who suffered Nazi persecution,’ it became ‘the state that carries out acts that are more despicable than Nazi racism!’ Therefore, being doomed to extremism, settlement and racism, it pushes itself to the inevitable end.”

Sheikh Yaqub Qarash, Preacher and Member of PLO’s National Council: “Inherent to the occupation is telling the enemy ‘I have enemies.’ Who are these enemies? They are your prisoners, they are kidnapped civilians. When you come and take our brother Marwan Barghouti, you take him away from our home. What has Marwan Barghouti done? Marwan Barghouti, [Israel said to him:] ‘You rejected peace,’ even though he was one of the [national] leaders who spoke of peace... It is you, Israel, [who] rejected peace... [And now] they want to burn us, to abuse us, to imprison us…”
PA TV host: “Good, honored sheikh. These were good things [to say].”

Note: Marwan Barghouti - serving five life sentences for orchestrating terror attacks against Israeli civilians. When arrested in 2002, he headed Fatah's military wing, the Al-Aqsa Martyrs' Brigades. After he was convicted and imprisoned, he was re-elected member of the Palestinian Authority parliament.
PA daily op-ed: Palestinians paid the price for Nazi Germany’s crimes
Source: Official PA daily, Al-Hayat Al-Jadida, Oct. 29, 2013
Op-ed by Columnist for official PA daily Adel Abd Al-Rahman:
“Former Foreign Secretary of Britain Jack Straw dropped a heavy-weight political bombshell on the Israeli ethnic cleansing state in particular and also on the forces agreeing with it and supporting it regarding the option of eliminating the peace process. [He did so] when he presented the Global Diplomatic Forum, held in the British House of Commons, with a stance that is not considered new, but rather a confirmation of something certain. He said: ‘The obstacle to making peace in the Middle East’ is ‘the unlimited Jewish funds that control the American government and Congress and distort the public will.’ In addition, he added another factor, which is, ‘the German obsession with protecting Israel.’ […]
Concurrently, the legitimate Palestinian leadership must turn to decision makers in the US and Germany and demand that they end the unjustified and illegitimate support of the State of Israel, and put an end to their (the US/German) discriminatory policy favoring its [Israel’s] sabotaging policies and work to repair its [Israel’s] reckless policies that contradict historical, current and future facts. In addition, focus should be put on the German leadership, to pull it out of the complex that has stuck to it following what transpired in the Holocaust during the Second World War, especially since Germany has been paying dearly throughout the decades [during which] Israel was established and has remained. As a result of this policy, the price for Nazi Germany’s savagery and crimes was collected from the Arab and Palestinian people. This is something unacceptable according to any logic or law and is unacceptable according to the values of international, human and religious law...”
“This era’s Nazis” are Israel; Palestinians are the persecuted “Jews”
Source: Official PA daily, Al-Hayat Al-Jadida, Sept. 25, 2013
By Ahmed Dahbour:
“The [Palestinian] writer [Dr. Adel Al-Usta] says [in his book ‘The Long West Bank Night’] with a historically significant moan of pain: ‘We have become the new Nazis’ Jews.’ My only interpretation of this cry is that those whom the Nazis abused one day, they themselves became this era’s Nazis, and we became its Jews; that is, [we became] those who are persecuted in it [the era].”
Israel has “a racist, Nazi policy” to destroy Al-Aqsa Mosque
Source: Official PA daily, Al-Hayat Al-Jadida, Sept. 21, 2013
“The procession’s participants dedicated their weekly procession to marking the 31st anniversary of the Sabra and Shatila massacre, to expressing solidarity with the [Palestinian] Prisoners’ Movement and to directing attention to the settler break-ins to the Al-Aqsa Mosque (any presence of Jews on the Temple Mount is considered a "break-in." However, all visitors are subject to security checks by Israeli security before being granted access to the Temple Mount. - Ed.)… Coordinator of the National Anti-Wall and Anti-Settlement Committee in Bethlehem, Hassan Breijeh said: ‘What occurred in 1982 in the Sabra and Shatila refugee camp is the true face of the Antisemitic, Israeli occupation, that cold-bloodedly murdered more than 3,000 Martyrs (Shahids). This is the real ‘holocaust’ that was perpetrated and is perpetrated against the Palestinian people. However, the Palestinian revolution and the Palestinian people will not wait patiently for the number of victims to reach three of four million. The Palestinian people carrying out Ribat (religious conflict/war over land claimed to be Islamic) on its land is a living people and we will serve as a barrier against Zionism, even if we pay dearly for that.’ Breijeh added: ‘There is a racist, Nazi policy carried out by the Israeli government, pushing the settlers to invade Al-Aqsa on a daily basis, to bring about its division and destruction. Their plan to organize a procession [attended by] one million in the old city [of Jerusalem] on Tuesday, Sept. 24 [2013] will fail.”

Note: Sabra and Shatila are Palestinian refugee camps in Lebanon. In 1982 during the first Lebanon War, a massacre at Sabra and Shatila was committed against Muslims by Christian Phalangists in Lebanon. The PA has a longstanding policy of falsely accusing Israel of committing the massacre or actively helping to carry it out.
Israeli-Arab MP: Israeli policy regarding the Bedouin reminiscent of Nazism
Source: Official Palestinian Authority TV, July 29, 2013

Guests: Israeli Parliament member from the Israeli-Arab Hadash party Muhammad Barakeh, Chairman of the Greek-Orthodox parish council in Nazareth Azmi Hakim, and Latin Patriarch Michel Sabbah.
Israeli Parliament member, Barakeh: “One of the key right-wing [parliament] members, there was a televised debate between us. She said: ‘There are 90,000 [Bedouins] living in unrecognized villages. We want to relocate only 30 or 40 thousand.’ I told her: ‘Yes, a few trains’, hinting to the transfer of the Jews by the Nazis at the time.”

PA official Jibril Rajoub:

Anyone who joins any joint [sports] activity with the Israelis -- I'll take him off the [Palestinian Football] Association's lists, whether he is a player, coach, judge or, God forbid, a team... Did we act correctly and convince [FIFA's] General Assembly? Yes. Yes, we'll suspend their [Israel's] membership [in FIFA] and this way we'll screw them... I won't allow and won't agree to any joint game between Arabs and Israel... If a photo is published of [football star] Messi next to the [separation] fence,|the new Berlin Wall, and the new Nazis [Israelis] will be seen the way they treat Palestinians, the Palestinian players -- well, this by itself will be the highest achievement."

Jibril Rajoub: Israel is committing the “Holocaust of the 21st century” on the Palestinians
Source: Al-Fajer TV (local independent Palestinian station), June 7, 2013
Deputy Secretary of Fatah’s Central Committee Jibril Rajoub held a press conference about the FIFA Congress on June 7, 2015.

Deputy Secretary of Fatah’s Central Committee Jibril Rajoub: “We are not working on the assumption that the righteousness of the [Palestinian] cause is enough. We won’t succeed while we stand against a narrative which dominates human awareness, namely the Holocaust. This group [the Jews] presents itself as a victim. I believe that what they are doing to us is the Holocaust of the 21st century, but we are not capable of spreading our narrative to the world.”

Bethlehem governor compares Israeli treatment of Palestinians to Nazi occupation of Poland

“Yesterday [May 29, 2013], Bethlehem District Governor, Minister Abd Al-Fattah Hamail and Mayor of Bethlehem, Vera Baboun welcomed two delegations, the first [a delegation of] youth from Poland and the second from the Republic of Bosnia Herzegovina, at the district offices… Hamail compared what the Polish people had experienced during the Nazi occupation to the suffering of our people under the racist, Israeli occupation. He noted that the occupation controls all aspects of Palestinian life in that the Palestinians, including President Mahmoud Abbas, need Israeli approval for anything they wish to do.”
Rajoub: Israel could teach Hitler "the art of destroying the people and massacres"
Source: Official Palestinian Authority TV, May 23, 2013
PA TV program: Circle of Events. Guest: Deputy Secretary General of Fatah's Central Committee, Jibril Rajoub
PA TV interviewer: “The statements you made in Beirut on the Al-Mayadeen TV station had a lot of impact, according to them ‘We are Israel’s enemies and if we had a nuke we’d have used it…’ I hope you’ll clarify the picture because Israel condemned the [statements] and at the time the Palestinians did not.”
PA official, Rajoub: “Madam, first of all I don’t care what Israel says, I care about what serves the Palestinian people’s interests. The Palestinian people have been living under an occupation, a racist, fascist, vile, inhuman occupation, for 46 years…
I, true, the interviewer [from the Al-Mayadeen TV station] asked me and I answered in the same manner and with those words and even now I say to the Israelis, if there won’t be a reexamination of your conduct on your part, a saying in Hebrew states: ‘kill or be killed,’ we won’t be killed, we’re not Jesus, true, we come from Jesus’ apostles but we, our future and our government and our identity are being trampled under the criminal terrorist settler dogs’ feet. I’m certain that if Hitler would come again he would learn from them the art of breaking the will of the people, humiliating the people, [making the] people suffer, destroying the people and massacres...
The world today has begun to be convinced that we are a victim and that they are the criminals and hangmen. Under the rays of the sun Israel has been revealed to be a foreign and threatening body that threatens the region’s independence, threatens the world’s peace and threatens the world’s values and interests.”

PA daily: Israel is a “Nazi-like occupation”

"I don’t know where to begin, so I’ll say that the Palestinians are victims of the Jewish occupation which is based on biblical tales. All of Israel [is located] on the land of Palestine and it is a Nazi-like occupation that treats the sole owners of the land with racism, killing, destroying and displacing.”
PA daily columnist calls Israel “ugly,” “fascist,” and worse than “Hitler’s Nazi Holocaust”
Source: Official PA daily, Al-Hayat Al-Jadida, Apr. 24, 2013
Op-ed by official PA daily columnist Adel Abd Al-Rahman:
“Samer Al-Issawi ended his 227 day long hunger strike in the Israeli occupation’s prisons after negotiating an awe-inspiring deal with the prison authorities, who agreed to release hero Samer in eight months…
The extraordinary empty stomach battle, carried out by the DFLP member, is indescribable, since nothing remained of hero Al-Issawi but skin and bones and a head with a mind in it that didn’t lose, for even a moment, its memory, identity, [national] belonging and the goals of his battle – so much so that he surprised the court judges two days ago [April 22, 2013] when he exposed his bones and told them: ‘My situation is identical to what the Nazi Germans did to the Jews during the Holocaust!’ In other words: Are you not ashamed, oh tyrants, of what you talk about to this day (i.e., the Holocaust), in order to win the world’s sympathy and to extort hundreds of millions of dollars from the Germans specifically and the Europeans in general?
The empty stomach battle carried out by the freedom prisoners, specifically Samer Al-Issawi…is valuable help for the struggle for freedom because it reveals the ugly fascist face of the Israeli occupation that went further than Hitler’s Nazi Holocaust.”

Note: Samer Al-Issawi - belonged to the Democratic Front for the Liberation of Palestine DFLP. Was serving a sentence of 26 years in prison for attempted murder by manufacturing and distributing explosives and shooting at civilian vehicles in 2002, but was released in October 2011 as part of the Shalit prisoner exchange deal brokered between the Israeli government and Hamas. In that deal, Israel released 1,027 Palestinian prisoners in exchange for Israeli soldier Gilad Shalit, who had been held hostage by Hamas for more than 5 years. Al-Issawi was re-arrested in 2012 for violating the

Israel treats Palestinians "in a more despicable manner" than Hitler treated Jews

Also attending was the University Vice President for Gaza Affairs, Dr. Jihad al-Batsh... who declared that the film is an attempt to appeal to the viewer's conscience by presenting the main cases of slaughter perpetrated by the occupation's gangs against the Palestinian people. Al-Batsh added that the film shows that Israel and the Zionist movement are doing to the Palestinian people what Nazi Germany did to the Jews, in the same way, but in a more despicable manner."

PA daily calls Israeli defense unit "the Nazi Zionist Hagana"
Source: Official PA daily, Al-Hayat Al-Jadida, May 15, 2012
Op-ed published in the official PA daily published on May 15, the anniversary of the founding of the modern state of Israel:
"The [Palestinian] fathers will die and the sons will forget their right to this land (i.e., within state of Israel) - that is the theory that the occupation (i.e., Israel) upheld and spoke about for decades, and which, with time, it gambled with as a framework for its attempts to plant foreign settlers on Palestinian land, and to cause its historical and national identity to disappear. It spoke about this until it established its fascist state upon the ruins of the Palestinian people, which has suffered the greatest and ugliest ethnic cleansing known to modern history... May 15 [1948] is Nakba Day, the day of emigration, the day of expulsion and uprooting of the Palestinian people from its soil, from its homeland, from its towns and its villages, which were destroyed by the Nazi Zionist Hagana and Stern units (i.e., Jewish pre-state armed defense units), which expelled the inhabitants with armed force and wanton killing. They carried out dozens of massacres against the inhabitants, the owners of the land, which they burned and seized using all means. What happened - happened, and an entire nation emigrated, against the background of world silence and confusion of the Arab armies at the time, who withdrew before the greatest theft in history, and before the most criminal act that humanity has ever seen..."

Fatah official in PA TV news broadcast: Israel is like Hitler
Source: Official Palestinian Authority TV, Mar. 17, 2012
Report about a Palestinian demonstrator attacked by an Israeli army dog. Interview with Member of Fatah Central Committee Abbas Zaki, about the incident.
PA TV reporter: "In these images, Israeli Nazism and the criminal mentality are eternalized. The methods are numerous, but the aggression is the same. Police dogs attack the demonstrators and bite their exposed parts…"
Member of Fatah Central Committee, Abbas Zaki: "When this enemy uses dogs and live bullets and this planned military violence, it emphasizes its violent, racist nature and character, which is unacceptable, and which has multiplied and spilled over beyond all limits. In my opinion they imitate – and they are determined to imitate – the period of Hitler. Because, in the Nazi war, Hitler was determined to train dogs… so that they would enter the war. These modern weapons and modern technology have reached their hands, harmful wild boars, as well as dogs that bite the bodies of the [Palestinian] fighters." ...
Host: "Mr. Zaki, when the Israeli soldiers use dogs as a means of suppressing these demonstrations, why, in your opinion, do they reach such a level of barbarism and of torture of civilians?"
Zaki: "They are – first of all, when they exaggerate with their crimes, they're afraid. Their man is already not able to handle it. Therefore, I believe that the dog, the boar, and the soldier have now joined forces [lit: they are in one pit] against Palestinian humanity."

PA daily columnist: Israel worse than Nazis and fascists in its treatment of prisoners
Source: Official PA daily, Al-Hayat Al-Jadida, July 5, 2011
Headline: "Palestinian Prisoners' Movement in a predicament"
"Everyone can ask: Which party is sabotaging the [prisoner exchange] deal for [Gilad] Shalit? It is the distorted Israeli criteria which declare that prisoners fighting for liberty of their people and the independence of their homeland and their state, have blood-stained hands, and other things which no one believes. These courageous heroes are freedom-fighters; they are not criminals. It was not they who came to 'Eretz Yisrael', occupied it, and settled it by force! This was done to the Palestinian people by the Israeli occupation…
The record of the Israeli treatment to our prisoners is not a clean record at all. Some have died as Shahids (Martyrs) inside the prisons as a result of Israeli medical negligence and as a result of logistical negligence: fires have broken out in some Israeli prisons because of electrical faults or something else, and even more serious are acts which even the Nazis and the fascists did not commit at the height of their arrogance and hatred for humanity, such as the imprisonment of pregnant women so that they would give birth in prison; detention of women together with their children; procedures forbidding family visits; Israel's refusal to appoint lawyers for them; isolation for lengthy periods; violent and racist interrogation methods; and other Israeli violations and actions which are considered crimes against humanity."

Israel committed "mass execution of civilians," and captives were sent to "detention camps" for "forced labor"
Source: Official PA daily, Al-Hayat Al-Jadida, May 16, 2011
Headline: “Execution was the way of getting rid of them – Ministry of Prisoners’ Affairs: The matter of the detainees was not documented during the catastrophe (“The Nakba” – the establishment of the State of Israel)”
“The Ministry’s report says that talk about the existence of captives began [only] after the catastrophe and after the establishment of the so-called State of Israel, and the UN recognition of it. Meantime, the real tragedy of the captives was during the years of the war, when it was the Zionist gangs and militias, first and foremost the Haganah, who led the battles and were devoid of any official, moral or human aspect in their attitude towards the Palestinian captives. These were terrorist gangs, whose aim was to murder, to destroy and to expel, and they considered any Arab a suspect deserving of death. …
It was clear that most of the captives held by the Zionist militias were from among the civilian population, which had been uprooted and forced to flee their villages, or were detained while attempting to return to their homes. In the 1948 the Israelis didn’t have a policy of detention; the main policy was to get rid of captives and to execute them, as evidenced by many documented facts concerning mass execution of civilian inhabitants after they were detained. It would seem that the great number of detainees from among the expellees, who were wandering and roaming and fleeing from the massacres, forced the Israeli leaders later on to build detention camps…
The Palestinian captives were exploited by the Israeli military leadership for forced labor, and for this purpose three camps were set up. ...
According to eye witness accounts, the labor in these camps was forced labor. Some was in quarries and carrying heavy rocks, some was in industries whose products were meant for the Israeli army.”

Headline:
“Israel is more dangerous than a ordinary enemy!”
“A few days ago, at the square where the establishment of the State of Israel was declared 63 years ago, a relatively large number of Israeli peace supporters from the Israeli left, gathered in an attempt to have their voices heard, in order to breathe new life into the peace process which has been clinically dead for years…
Getting back to the non-violent demonstration of the left, which was responded to by [Israeli] extremists with screams like the screams of dementia… I do not wish to describe the scene and say how unseemly and distasteful it was, as I watched it on Israeli TV, on other satellite channels, and in news items from around the world. However, The conclusion I reached is that Israel, in its current state, is a thousand times more dangerous than an ordinary enemy, or a sworn enemy, or an existential enemy. It is incapable of existing without being an enemy, and it cannot exist even for a few moments if it is not in an exaggerated state of hostility with the Palestinians in particular, and with the region in general. But what is even more dangerous than all of this is that Israel, in its present state, wants to create on its own the enemy against which it is gathering itself…
Israel – strong and fragile, realistic and stuck in mythical ruins, democratic and scornful of human existence, which trades in Jewish moral values in the songs of lamentation of Jeremiah and Isaiah, and which has faithfully reproduced the Holocaust – this Israel wants an enemy which it depicts as it wishes: a despicable, fearsome, terrorist [Palestinian] enemy whose religion commands it to murder; barbarous, uncultured and undemocratic, attesting itself to all of these dreadful traits and crimes, but at the same time not [actually] harming it, and not costing it a single penny,

"[There is] an entire system called 'slow death,' which the Israeli establishment uses against Palestinian prisoners, from the moment of their arrest until they are released... The 'experiments' stage is perhaps one of the most dangerous stage in the slow death of released prisoners, who suffer from diseases, which they contracted in prison. This way, the Israeli jailers attempt to imitate the German Nazis, who were the first to use prisoners as guinea pigs, for testing the weapons and the deadly drugs, which they developed. The Nazi German doctor, Josef Mengele, was the most famous among them."

“Chairman of the Arab Democratic Party inside the Green Line (i.e., in Israel), Talab Al-Sana, described Israel yesterday as a Nazi and racist state, whose racist laws will not intimidate the Palestinians of the Interior (i.e., Israeli Arabs). Al-Sana spoke about the recent developments during an open session at the Arab-American University in the Jenin district. He said that ‘the laws of Nazi Germany are passed these days in Israel by a majority – for example, the law forbidding commemoration of the day of the Nakba (i.e., "catastrophe," Palestinian term for Israel’s establishment) and its erasure from the study curriculum.’ He described Israel as a racist state which acts to establish cities for Jews only, like the cities for white inhabitants which were established in South Africa during the Apartheid era. He said that these laws will not intimidate the Palestinians of the Interior, and they will end up in the dustbin of history…
He noted that Israel works day and night to fight against Palestinian instruction and culture as part of its efforts to inculcate ignorance, and uses study curricula to achieve Zionist aims. It proves daily that it is a racist state with regard to the native Arab inhabitants, and a democratic state with regard to the Jews…
He called upon the Fatah and Hamas movements to end the situation of rift [between them] immediately, and to achieve national unity.”
PA daily article headline: "Zionism reproduces the Holocaust"

Headline: “Zionism reproduces the Holocaust”
“Day by day, Zionist racism is becoming more firmly and clearly entrenched in Israeli society, having been born from the womb of the reactionary worldview, the worldview of the ghetto, ‘God’s chosen people’ and ‘the Promised Land’ – and from the books of slaughter, according to which ‘God commanded the Children of Israel to slaughter them [Amalek] and to slaughter their children, their wives, their elderly, and even their livestock, two thousand years ago.’
The rabbis of death and the promoters of pagan Zionist thought have continued to spew their poison among the Jews, in order to stir up and rouse feelings of animosity and hatred against the Palestinians, since the European and American forces of evil facilitated for them the [fulfillment of the] idea of the ‘national home’, in order to be rid of them and to remove from the European [social] fabric the results and implications of the Holocaust which they carried out against the Jews of Europe in Nazi Germany. This was [done] with the aim of tearing apart Arab land, by planting them as an imperialist colonialist enterprise in Arab Palestine. Instead of standing against the West’s colonialist plans and ideas, the Zionist Jews were glad to be the instrument of and fuel for the colonialist enterprise. They enjoyed the game of deception and the forging of facts, after dipping their hands in Palestinian and Arab blood. They plundered the Palestinian land and national interests, and established their state upon the ruins of the Palestinian Arab people, under the faded and false slogan, ‘A nationless land for a landless nation.’ …
Zionist gangs planned racial cleansing of Palestinians
Source: Official PA daily, Al-Hayat Al-Jadida, May 13, 2009
“[The town of] Tira and its inhabitants are known for having resisted the Zionist gangs which annihilated Palestinians as part of the greatest expulsion that took place in the previous century… The villagers went out in groups, in fear of the cruelty of the Jewish terrorist groups…
This story [of the family of Ahmed Jumaa Renam] is like what many of the historians say, who have confirmed that all the plans of the Zionist gangs were programs for racial cleansing against the Palestinians.
"Judaism arose over cascades of Palestinian blood," said Jumaa.

"During the 1948 war the Zionist militias set up internment camps for the civilian population that was detained after being exiled from their villages. These camps were like the camps set up by Nazi Germany during WWII. . . It has been proven that their modus operandi was … to separate them into three groups according to whether they were intended for deportation, execution or detention.”

Issa Karake, Head of the Prisoners' Committee in the Palestinian Parliament:

"They lined the men up in rows of seven or eight. They told them to dig a deep ditch in the cemetery. … The first row of men stood in front of the hole and were shot to death. Then they asked the second row to bury them and in this manner [killed them] all row after row.”

Israel conducts Nazi-like experiments on prisoners
Source: Official PA daily, Al-Hayat Al-Jadida, Sept. 1, 2007
Newspaper editorial citing report by Abd Al-Nasser Farawna, director of department of statistics in PA Ministry of Prisoner Affairs:
"We have many examples of experiments conducted by the Nazis, but we shall bring one example that exhibits a great similarity [to the alleged Israeli experiments]: They would insert poisons into the prisoners' food in order to study the effect of the poisons on people, with the purpose of performing autopsies on the bodies of those who died from the poison. [Farawna] mentioned multiple cases of mass poisoning of Palestinian and Arab prisoners in several Israeli prisons and detention centers. He did not rule out the possibility that the mass poisonings were carried out deliberately."

Libel: Israel burned Palestinians in ovens
Source: Official Palestinian Authority TV, Mar. 25, 2004
PA TV, educational musical production
"They [Israel] are the ones who did the Holocaust,
their knife cuts to the length and the width of our flesh...
They opened ovens for us, to bake human beings.
They destroyed the villages and burnt the cities.
And when an oven stops burning, they light a hundred [more] ovens.
Their hands are covered with the blood of our children."
