Demonization of Jews/Israelis
Jews/Israelis are evil
Demonization of Jews/Israelis
Since the Palestinian Authority was established it has systematically indoctrinated young and old to hate Israelis and Jews. Using media, education, and cultural structures that it controls, the PA has actively promoted religious hatred, demonization, conspiracy libels, etc. These are packaged to present Israelis and Jews as endangering Palestinians, Arabs, and all humanity. This ongoing campaign has so successfully instilled hatred that fighting, murder and even suicide terror against Israelis and Jews are seen by the majority of Palestinians as justified self-defense and as Allah’s will. The PA presents Jews as possessing inherently evil traits. Jews are said to be treacherous, corrupt, deceitful and unfaithful by nature. These Jewish “attributes” and traditions are presented as the unchangeable nature of Jews. Forgeries and fiction masquerading as history are used to document and support the libel that Judaism is in essence racist and evil. Jews are said to be planning and executing heinous crimes, including burning Palestinians in ovens, murder, using prisoners for Nazi-like experiments, and more. If unchecked, these crimes constitute a mortal danger, not only to all Muslims and Arabs but to all of humanity.

The PA assigns responsibility to the Jews for all the problems in the world: Wars, conflicts and civil wars are all said to be triggered by Jews. Indeed, the oppression suffered by Jews throughout history is presented as the legitimate response of nations seeking revenge for the injury caused them by the Jews living among them. The creation of the State of Israel is said to have been a European plot, in order to be rid of their Jews and save Europe from the evil of Jewish presence in their countries.

The following are examples of Palestinian demonization:
Jews/Israelis are evil

PA Foreign Ministry: Israeli law allowing body searches is “Antisemitic,” “smells of racism, hatred, and a culture of religious wars”
Source: Official PA daily, Al-Hayat Al-Jadida, Jan. 28, 2016
Headline: “The [PA] Foreign Ministry welcomes the consensus around our rights in the [UN] Security Council and demands that it translate it into actions.”
“The [PA] Ministry of Foreign Affairs condemned the approval (for second and third reading in the committee –Ed.) of the law [allowing] body search, by the Constitution, Law and Justice Committee of the Israeli Parliament (Knesset). This law gives the occupation soldiers and police the right to detain any Palestinian they suspect, search him on the spot, and strip him of his clothes, just because of a “reasonable suspicion.” The ministry stated: ‘This decision indicates an arrogant, racist viewpoint which has begun spreading in Israeli society and taking over decision making centers in Israel. This viewpoint sees the Palestinian people as inferior, as part of a classification of peoples originating in ancient periods of history, as if the occupation of the land of the State of Palestine by Israel gives it the right to humiliate the Palestinian people…’ The announcement emphasized: ‘The approval of this Antisemitic law, close to the anniversary of the Nazi Holocaust (i.e., International Holocaust Remembrance Day, on Jan. 27), which we all condemn, smells of racism, hatred, and a culture of religious wars.”

Fatah official to Moroccan official: Middle East turmoil meant to destroy Arab countries so the “Zionist entity” will remain the supreme power in the region
Source: Ma’an, independent Palestinian news agency, Jan. 21, 2016
Headline: "The US is no longer the only player in international politics"
"Fatah Central Committee member and Fatah Commissioner of Arab Relations and Relations with China Abbas Zaki met today [Jan. 20, 2016], Wednesday, with Mustapha Bakkoury, chairman of the Moroccan Authenticity and Modernity Party… Zaki noted that the wars, clashes, and sectarian conflicts rocking a number of Arab countries, under different names, are intended to tear apart the Arab homeland and create a new Sykes-Picot that will divide what is already divided, dismantle and crumble the Arab peoples, collapse their countries, and destroy their economic, human, scientific, and military power. This is so that the Zionist entity will remain the supreme and hegemonic military and scientific power in the region."

Sykes-Picot Agreement – A secret agreement between Britain and France negotiated by French diplomat François Georges-Picot and Briton Sir Mark Sykes and concluded in May 1916. The agreement had Russia’s approval and specified Britain’s and France’s proposed spheres of influence and control in the Middle East if the Ottoman Empire was defeated in World War I.
The plan was revealed in 1917 in the Russian press, and subsequently in the British press, angering the Arabs as it contradicted promises of independence made to them - on the condition they helped fight against and bring down the Ottoman Empire. The plan caused lasting distrust on the part of the Arabs in relation to Western countries.

It is a step forward, which in ‎the end has to lead to severe sanctions ‎against Israel, in order to fight its [Israel’s] ‎colonialist project on our land’…‎ Shaath emphasized that it is important to ‎complete the diplomatic successes by ‎achieving national unity and the end of ‎the rift (i.e., between Fatah and Hamas), in ‎order to strengthen the Palestinian ‎positon and support the present intifada ‎and popular resistance.”‎

Until now, this village has sacrificed 12 Martyrs, who were murdered in cold blood by the occupation’s bullets. The district governor said: ‘The death of the Martyrs came as part of the crimes and the policy of daily killings carried out by the occupation army against our unarmed people, in order to terrorize it.’ He likewise emphasized his belief that our people will continue to stand firm on its land, adhere to its rights, struggle to obtain freedom and establish an independent state with Jerusalem as its capital. Hamid offered his sincere condolences and asked Allah, to let Martyr Jabarin dwell in Paradise, and bestow solace and patience upon his family.”

Abbas advisor: Israel is murdering Palestinian children in cold blood and planting knives on their bodies
Source: Falestinona, website of Fatah's Information and Culture Commission in Lebanon, Jan. 16, 2016
Excerpt from Al-Quds (Palestinian Fatah newspaper in Lebanon) interview with [Advisor to PA Chairman Abbas on NGOs and] Fatah Central Committee member Sultan Abu Al-Einein, published in Falestinona, website of Fatah's Information and Culture Commission in Lebanon:
Al-Einein: "Most of those who have died as Martyrs did not pose any danger to the lives of the occupation's soldiers, but they [the soldiers] are thirsty for our sons' blood, and this is the military and political education provided by the Israeli enemy's army, and we have a right to educate our children to avenge our pure blood that is being spilled. Look at the 13-year-old girls who are being murdered in cold blood, and afterwards they throw knives by their sides that were not in their possession at all, in order to find excuses to kill them and claim to be heroes over the body of a boy or girl, who had in their possession only their clothing, their honor, and their innocence."

PA TV: Balfour Declaration was Europe's "solution to get rid of them (the Jews)"
Source: Official Palestinian Authority TV, Dec. 31, 2015

"Faced with the Jews' schemes, Europe could not bear their character traits, monopolies, corruption, and their control and climbing up positions in government. In 1290, King Edward I issued a decree banishing the Jews [from England]. Following him were France, Germany, Austria, Holland, Czechoslovakia, Spain and Italy. The European nations felt that they had suffered a tragedy by providing refuge for the Jews. Later the Jews obtained the Balfour Declaration, and Europe saw it as an ideal solution to get rid of them."

Text: “The Palestinians and Arabs who affirm the Zionist version and embrace it [say that] girls at the peak of their youth and boys loved by Allah set out to stab with a knife or ram with a car, and [who] sing the version of the criminal occupation’s court, which enlists its entire media machine to spread it, are either ignoramuses or fools, or intentional partners of the occupation. What the occupation is carrying out are crimes that it excuses with alleged knives or the fabrication of alleged car rammings from car accidents.”
Antisemitic hate speech on PA TV: Girl recites story demonizing Jews: “Treachery has been inherent in them from the days of Moses until today” (2015)
Source: Official Palestinian Authority TV, Dec. 24, 2015

Girl: “Today, children, I have come to tell you the story of my people, listen to it. We had land and a house, and we had a field, garden, and fireplace. In Jaffa we had a noble family with small children, and in Acre we had an oven and pottery. My people lived on the land from generations… I remember what my grandmother told me long ago: 'Don't forget these words, lock them in your heart and guard them: Palestine is Arab, its land is Arab, its language is Arabic, its identity is Arab' ... This home was the home of our father, and the foreigners came to banish us. Long ago we were dear friends. Yona [the Jew] helped Fatima [the Arab] with the laundry and Fatima boiled milk for her, and lit the fire for her on the Sabbath. It does not surprise us [that they banished us]. Treachery has been their nature from the days of Moses until today. May Allah turn back every oppressor’s scheme. Say Amen with me.”

Fatah official: “the Zionist entity carries out organized terror against the Palestinian people… like the Zionist Irgun and Haganah gangs”
Source: Al-Dustour (Jordan), Dec. 16, 2015
"Fatah Central Committee Member Abbas Zaki said that Jordan is considered the present refuge for all oppressed, and emphasized that Jordan's stability is a real strength for Palestine. During the mass rally in the [Jordanian town] Zarka at the compound for professional unions, organized two nights ago [Dec. 14, 2015] by the popular committee for the support of the popular uprising [in Palestine], to mark the anniversary of the Palestinian Stone Intifada (i.e., Palestinian wave of violence and terror against Israel, 1987-1993), he added that the current Jerusalem Intifada is the fruit of the renewed willpower in Palestine, and is an undirected intifada, arising as a result of the inability to coexist with the Zionist occupation… He noted that the Zionist entity carries out organized terror against the Palestinian people, as they are assembling Zionist organizations, like the Zionist Irgun and Haganah (i.e., Jewish defense forces in the pre-state period) gangs, which carry out terror and intimidate. He stated that the right of return of the Palestinian people who was exiled from its land will be guaranteed if Jerusalem is returned, and added that the liberation of Jerusalem can blow up the current Zionist strategy, which is based on the effort to build the alleged Temple in place of the Al-Aqsa Mosque."

Regular PA daily columnist: Israel’s government ministers “use terror to remain in their seats”
Source: Official PA daily, Al-Hayat Al-Jadida, Dec. 7, 2015
Op-ed by Yahya Rabah, columnist for the official PA daily and a member of the Fatah Leadership Committee in Gaza:
Headline: “The uprising and the first causes of its outbreak”
“After the conclusion of the first month of the popular uprising, the Jerusalem uprising, the uprising of the brave Palestinian generations, all of Israel’s systems have now begun… to gamble and act in the field so that the uprising will deviate from its basic starting point, its peacefulness on the one hand and widespread popularity on the other hand, which gives it the ability to continue, to struggle and constantly come up with innovations. This is because the fact that the uprising continues to be popular and peaceful exposes the Israeli inability to show any innovation. Likewise, it exposes the occupation in its most heinous form, the settlement as a cesspool of evil, the infamous terrorist cells, and the government ministers, who use terror to remain in their seats, and nothing else.”

Note: As of the date this article was published (Dec. 7, 2015), 22 Israelis had been killed and at least 242 injured in what the article refers to as a “peaceful” “uprising” (i.e., Palestinian terror wave that began in October 2015 and has included stabbings, car rammings and shootings against Israelis).
Israel “feeds all of the types of extremism and violence in the region and the world”
Source: Official PA daily, Al-Hayat Al-Jadida, Dec. 6, 2015
Headline: “The [PLO] Executive Committee: The building of Jewish facilities on the Al-Buraq plaza (i.e., the Western Wall) is a callous attack against the Islamic holy sites”
“The PLO Executive Committee warned against the grave dangers of the occupation municipality’s promise to build Jewish facilities on the Al-Buraq (i.e., Western Wall) plaza in Jerusalem. The committee emphasized that this is a callous attack against the Islamic holy sites, their uniqueness, and their position among the Palestinian people, and the Arab and Islamic peoples. During its meeting yesterday [Dec. 5, 2015] in the presidential compound in Ramallah, led by President Mahmoud Abbas, in the presence of Prime Minister Rami Hamdallah, the committee tasked the political committee with the establishment of a mechanism for the implementation of the Central Committee that were made last March, including the limitation of security and economic relations with the occupying authority, ‘Israel.’ The committee emphasized that in order to fight all the expressions of terror in the region and the world and defeat them, it is necessary to end the Israeli occupation and establish an independent Palestinian state with Jerusalem as its capital, in the June 4, 1967 borders. This is because the continuation of the occupation feeds all of the types of extremism and violence in the region and the world.”
