Libel: Israel spreads AIDS and drugs
Libels
Since the Palestinian Authority was established it has systematically indoctrinated young and old to hate Israelis and Jews. Using media, education, and cultural structures that it controls, the PA has actively promoted religious hatred, demonization, conspiracy libels, etc. These are packaged to present Israelis and Jews as endangering Palestinians, Arabs, and all humanity. This ongoing campaign has so successfully instilled hatred that fighting, murder and even suicide terror against Israelis and Jews are seen by the majority of Palestinians as justified self-defense and as Allah’s will.

Throughout history bogus conspiracy accusations have been used to incite hatred, violence, and mass murder. The myriad conspiracy libels concerning Israel, Israelis and Jews are an integral part of the Palestinian Authority’s ongoing hate promotion. PA libels claim that Israel conspires to infect Palestinians with AIDS, spread drug addiction, conspired and successfully murdered Arafat, and more. The PA’s goal has been to inculcate hatred to the degree that fighting and murdering Jews and Israelis will be glorified as heroic self-defense.

Official PA TV program Palestine This Morning, on The Drug Problem in Palestine – Reality and Ways to Cope conference in Jericho, hosting Commander of the PA Police Anti-Drug Unit Abdallah Aliwi

Commander of the PA Police Anti-Drug Unit Abdallah Aliwi: "I think that accusing fingers [should be pointed]. Therefore, I am relating to the occupation in this framework, as the drug dealers are doing as they please in all of the Palestinian areas under the Israeli army's nose, but there are no deterrent activities against them nor any monitoring, and they let them do as they please on these lands. And I am documenting in the anti-drug directorate, using the Israeli media, how- There is a report that came out on Channel 2 in Hebrew – how they have turned areas of the West Bank [into areas] for growing drugs. Accordingly, this proves how much the occupation is interested in planting and distributing drugs."

The scourge of drugs is no less severe than the rest of the attacks and wars that carried out by the Israeli occupation against the Palestinian people. Op-ed in PA daily by Fatah official: Drugs are “the number one weapon of the enemy,” Israel is behind spread of drugs and other “poisons” among Palestinian society
Source: Official PA daily, Al-Hayat Al-Jadida, Nov. 29, 2018
Excerpt of an op-ed by Muwaffaq Matar, Fatah Revolutionary Council member and regular columnist for the official PA daily

“This [drugs, Ed.] is the number one weapon of the enemy, and it is more dangerous than all of the lethal weapons… Dangers surround the Palestinian society from all directions; in addition to the poisons in the expired food products that are smuggled from the settlements, factories, and farms of the occupiers, one can also see criminals who plant death for our young people, men, and women. They sprout the will of the colonialist and criminal occupiers in the yards of their homes and on their roofs, and water it with their own hands as if they do not know that by doing so they are committing a double crime of high treason: They know that their poisons kill, albeit slowly, and they know that they themselves are serving as secret death cells, who the occupation is making every effort to protect and provide with the conditions and opportunity to grow their popular and poisonous herbal bullets that are called ‘hashish.’ This is because the occupiers and the colonialists are unable to kill the Palestinians with the bullets of their rifles, their shells, and the like, but the criminal farmers of death can provide this great service through ‘the drug bullets.’”

Headline: “Abu Ali: The occupation is undermining the war on drugs and making it easy to deal in them”
“Head of the [PA] Preventive Security Force Muhannad Abu Ali said that the common factor in all of the growing fields that were discovered in the Jenin district is their connection to groups within the Green Line (i.e., Palestinian term for Israel; the Green Line is the ceasefire line between Israel and the neighboring Arab countries, 1949-1967), which are exploiting the Palestinian situation and the financial conditions and striving to recruit some of the civilians, and particularly in Area C (i.e., land under full Israeli administration according to the Oslo Accords) which is not subject to Palestinian security control…  Abu Ali held the occupation (i.e., Israel) responsible for the spread of much of these phenomena in the Palestinian society, and prime among them the spread of the phenomenon of planting drugs, and said: ‘If these means succeed, they are liable to destroy the foundations of the public order and create a group of people that is dealing in drugs.’”

Official PA TV program As It Is, on drugs, with PA Police War on Drugs Unit Deputy Commander Abd Allah Aliwi

PA Police War on Drugs Unit Deputy Commander Abd Allah Aliwi: “Regarding people [ drug dealers] who hold Jerusalem identity cards (i.e., permanent residency) and Israeli identity cards, yes, it is necessary to transfer [these cases] to the [Israeli D istrict] Coordination [and Liaison] so that they will take steps against them…
Regarding the Israeli side in particular, at this point we transfer these people to them. But they have no law that criminalizes hydrogen (A street name for a synthetic cannabis substitute –Ed.), or as it is known in the world, spice. I am not coming to Israel's defense, but regarding cannabis, heroin, ecstasy, captagon pills, and cocaine, they view them as very dangerous substances. Therefore, if they are transferred together with a Palestinian investigation file in which the procedures were completed by the Palestinian side, yes, there are several people that they are taking actions against in this matter.”

Abbas-appointed dean of Islamic schools: “Israel’s… war against the Arabs and Muslims is through sex mania… drugs… to destroy… our children’s values”
Source: Official Palestinian Authority TV, Apr. 14, 2017

Imad Hamato, appointed by PA Chairman Abbas as dean of Gaza Al-Azhar schools, host of weekly PA TV program on Islam:
"Our conflict today between us and Israel is the conflict between spirit and body. Israel’s global media has expanded, and its war against the Arabs and Muslims is through sex mania which it distributes globally. Israel had to use this sex mania, as we mentioned in a previous lesson, in order to destroy the spirit of Arabs and Muslims... The Jews, according to our religion, believe only in the body... What has Israel given to the world in our times, aside from moral corruption and corrupt values, aside from the use of drugs and pills? I said in a previous lesson that the CIA has a unit called the Unit for Creating the Global Mood. They look at a map: ‘‘What is appropriate for Gaza, or Jordan, or Syria? Tramadol pills (i.e., pain killers)? Mood enhancers? Hallucinatory substances?” They are produced in India, sent to Israel, and distributed in Sinai. Afterwards they are spread in the region, in order to destroy what remains of our children’s values."

[Q:] ‘In your opinion, what is the reason for the rise in the number of drug labs in the West Bank?’
[Official Spokesman of the PA Security Forces Adnan Al-Damiri:] 'The occupation is interested in destroying Palestinian society socially, morally, and nationally, and in destroying its norms, culture, and way of behaving. Some of the people are still not convinced of this to this day, as if it were a hidden matter. Whoever thinks that the settler government in Israel wants a satisfied Palestinian people is mistaken. At best, the Palestinian Security [Forces] still have no control over the borders, and drugs are goods that can be transferred across the border. Therefore, the one responsible for them being smuggled and brought in is the one who controls the borders, and that is first of all the Israeli occupation… We see, and everyone with intelligence knows and sees, that there are local issues that the occupation is responsible for and which are being carried out with external funding.'"

This is a legitimization operation that begins with dismantling - dismantling from above [by] landing a blow on the leadership [of the Palestinians in Jerusalem] which they began in the 1980s and 1990s, closing the Orient House (i.e., the PLO headquarters in Jerusalem), and what happened with Martyr (Shahid) Faisal Al-Husseini (i.e., senior Fatah and PLO terror leader in the 1970s). [They also began] dismantling from below, namely [through] unemployment, young men, drugs, etc., and they are doing this morning and night. Official PA TV program Topic of the Day on the opening of a juvenile court, hosting Chairman of the High Judicial Council Sami Sarsour.
Official PA TV host: "There is another issue for which we hold the Israeli elements responsible, and in which we appreciate the role of the Palestinian Security Forces – chases, solving [crimes], relying on their sources – and that is the drug issue. This is a worldwide issue, and we in Palestine are a part of the world, and may be affected by it. It cannot be said that this phenomenon is different from our situation. No, we are a part of the world. However, marking young boys as a target in this matter is very grave for us. Those who were caught [dealing drugs] have Israeli citizenship, while the planting and production are carried out in the Palestinian territories, and the young boys are marked as targets. True, this method is one of many methods employed by the occupation in order to destroy Palestinian society. It begins with the young generation. It [Israel] wants to build a generation that was raised on drugs and smuggling. The problem here is controlling these things. In my opinion, this is extremely difficult, especially in regard to points along the border between us and the areas under Israeli rule…  This policy is one of the methods that Israel uses to destroy Palestinian society, from children to adults. It destroys the children morally."

Jihad Abu Ria from the Falestiniyyat Association, an organization established two years ago to fight “Israeli apartheid” and keep the memory of the “Nakba” - “the catastrophe,” a Palestinian term for the establishment of the State of Israel– alive.

Attorney Jihad Abu Ria, activist in the Falestiniyyat Association: “The government of the first occupation continues stubbornly and consistently, does not cease its attempts to expel [the Arabs]. Every day they come up with a new idea. One day they flood the city [of Acre] with drugs, deliberately, to keep the young with their children away from the old city. Another day they chase the fisherman and poison the water in the sea. Another day they prevent the residents of the city from renovating their houses, although the water leaks into them.”

Att. Jihad Abu Ria: “And every day they come up with a new sophisticated [idea]. Therefore, although the people of Acre stand firm, they desperately need help and support.”
Jews paid doctors to “create and spread diseases” because “95% of the pharmaceutical industry is owned by Jews,” according to Islamic preacher
Source: Al-Msjed Al-Aqsa YouTube channel, July 31, 2015

Sheikh Khaled Al-Mughrabi teaches Islam twice a week in the Al-Aqsa Mosque Mosque in Jerusalem:

“According to what is told about the Rothschild family, they own more than half of the world's wealth... There are approximately 950,000 billion dollars in the world. Out of this amount, 500,000 billion dollars belong to the Rothschild family. The Rothschild family owns the World Bank, which gives loans to countries, not to private individuals or to organizations, it gives [loans] to countries. For instance, if Egypt wants a loan, it will take it from the World Bank. The World Bank is owned by the Rothschild family.
The Rothschild family are Freemasons. At the End of Days they will fight God alongside the Antichrist…
They own about 95% of the world's pharmaceutical industry. Why do I mention the pharmaceutical industry? Many diseases were created in labs - viruses created by doctors who were bought, trained and taught by the Rothschild family, the Freemasons, the Zionists, or the Jews to create and spread disease so they will be able to sell medicine for it. More than 95% of the pharmaceutical industry and the pharmaceutical trade is owned by the Children of Israel.”

I said in a previous lesson that the CIA has a unit called the Unit for Creating the Global Mood. They look at a map: ‘‘What is appropriate for Gaza, or Jordan, or Syria? Tramadol pills (i.e., pain killers)? Mood enhancers? Hallucinatory substances?” They are produced in India, shifted to Israel and distributed in Sinai. Afterwards they are spread in the region, in order to destroy what remains of our children’s values."

Israel turned Jerusalem neighborhoods into “drug dens”
Source: Official PA daily, Al-Hayat Al-Jadida, Aug. 31, 2013
Op-ed by Alaa Hantash:
“I wasn’t surprised that five schools in occupied Jerusalem started teaching the Israeli curriculum in some of their classes. On the contrary, I even foresee that the situation will grow worse and that the number will grow to 50, because for a long time now there have been warnings about this step, which is a crime against humanity and not just against our people and its history. This curriculum falsifies history openly and in broad daylight, and works to destroy the Palestinian identity and bury it while still alive in our children’s minds, as it falsified the city’s features and imposed an alleged history on them before our very eyes and ears. We can do nothing but stick out our tongue to denounce and condemn, saying; ‘Jerusalem will remain Arab-Palestinian and you cannot detract from its Arabness!’
Over the past decades all of our Jerusalem strongholds have fallen, and not one remains resolute against the battle of Judaization, except for the education stronghold, and here it is starting to fall before our eyes.
Even the weapon of denunciation is left dumbfounded this time, and on all levels – despite the many authorities who are concerned about occupied Jerusalem, including their staffs and modest budgets, and who are supposed to be rallying [support from] the whole world against this crime, rather than [allowing] the world to sit idly by.
The occupation authorities turned several neighborhoods in Jerusalem into drug dens, and we said; ‘Our nation still remains resolute and maintains its principles!’ They altered the city’s features and its Arab nature, and we said; ‘Jerusalem’s identity will remain Arab!’ And in several years, when we ask where the Al-Aqsa Mosque is located, one of our children will say, ‘On the Temple Mount.’”

This inquiry was done in 2006, and there is an Israeli policy in this regard. Just as an example: When this inquiry was made, there were a few users, there were a few questions about these aspects. The users and the addicts said, 'Ultimately, I want to receive treatment.' But ultimately [the Israelis] consider someone who uses or is addicted to drugs as disabled, and they pay him a certain amount of money every month because of his disability. He's out of work, and at the end of the month he goes and gets this injection so that in the end he'll receive his monthly allowance and be considered disabled. This policy is clear Judaization of Jerusalemites in a direct manner."

"Palestinian sources skilled in the battle against the spread of drugs in occupied East Jerusalem told Al-Quds Al-Arabi that Israel is flooding the city with all kinds of drugs. The sources emphasized that the occupation authorities, who continue to change the landmarks of Arab and Islamic Jerusalem and to Judaize it, are acting to destroy the Jerusalem youth by flooding the city's markets with drugs… [Coordinator of the social department of the Palestinian NGO the Al-Maqdese for Society Development (MSD), Isam] Jwehan told Al-Quds Al-Arabi that 'Jerusalem is being exposed to an unconventional war in which use is being made of unconventional weapons. Its aim is to empty Jerusalem and to occupy its inhabitants with everything but politics and resisting the occupation. Therefore, drugs are the weapons which the occupation and imperialism are using in order to tighten their fist around the Arab resident of Jerusalem… The Israeli occupation is not interested in fighting drugs in Jerusalem; on the contrary, it is interested in having all the Palestinian residents of Jerusalem becoming its collaborators and selling their real estate in order to buy drugs after they become addicts. The Israeli occupation isn't interested in the fight against drugs; on the contrary, if civilian society tries to obstruct drug dealers and to stop them, they [the civilians] are detained with the claim that they are taking the law into their own hands. And if civilian society wants to close down a drug den, like the drug dens we've commonly seen in Jerusalem, the occupation comes and re-opens them."
