| Libels |
Since the Palestinian Authority was established it has systematically indoctrinated young and old to hate Israelis and Jews. Using media, education, and cultural structures that it controls, the PA has actively promoted religious hatred, demonization, conspiracy libels, etc. These are packaged to present Israelis and Jews as endangering Palestinians, Arabs, and all humanity. This ongoing campaign has so successfully instilled hatred that fighting, murder and even suicide terror against Israelis and Jews are seen by the majority of Palestinians as justified self-defense and as Allah’s will.
Throughout history bogus conspiracy accusations have been used to incite hatred, violence, and mass murder. The myriad conspiracy libels concerning Israel, Israelis and Jews are an integral part of the Palestinian Authority’s ongoing hate promotion. PA libels claim that Israel conspires to infect Palestinians with AIDS, spread drug addiction, conspired and successfully murdered Arafat, and more. The PA’s goal has been to inculcate hatred to the degree that fighting and murdering Jews and Israelis will be glorified as heroic self-defense. |

| Libel: Israel murders and poisons |
Vicious libels about Israel and the Jews are an integral part of the Palestinian Authority’s strategy to infuse hate in the Palestinian population. Fabrications assert that Israel
intentionally pursues children, poisoning candy and planting bombs inside toys to kill them, murders Palestinians in cold blood, and mutilates dead bodies. These and many other libels add to the ongoing demonization of the Jews, paving the way for acceptance of terrorism against Israel as legitimate self-defense and even as an ideal in itself.
This video depicts one prominent libel, voiced by Former PA Deputy Minister and Head of Palestinian Writer’s Union, Dr. Mutawakil Taha, as he contends that Israel intentionally targets pregnant Palestinian women in order to kill the unborn.
Dr. Mutawakil Taha, Head of Palestinian Writer’s Union, Former PA Deputy Minister:
“We saw how they [Zionists] stab bellies of pregnant women, slaughter infants and eat life in cold blood. They targeted children and the wombs of women so this people won’t reproduce.”

Girl recites poem: Jews "murdered children," "cut off their limbs," and "raped the women in the city squares"

A young girl recites a poem filled with libels demonizing Jews on the weekly PA TV children's show The Best Home:
Girl: "Allah created me and formed me
He made me prouder and made me a Palestinian
He made defiance flow like blood in my veins
And I made the revolution burst forth like clay stones
I raised the flags of certain victory:
Allah's book [the Quran] and the tradition of the most esteemed among prophets [Muhammad].
I called in the voice of hidden justice
I lit a fire like volcanoes under their feet
I refused to be submissive and degraded
I rejected [everything] but dying with the honor that will give me life
From a nation that has forgotten the Muslims' heroism
- Omar ibn al-Khattab and Saladin - [Muslim fighters who conquered Jerusalem]
from between the whistles of the bullets I sing:
'Long live the nation of Fatah and Yasser Arafat'
Allah's enemies, the sons of pigs (i.e., Jews, in Islamic tradition)
Destroyed and uprooted the olive and fig trees
They murdered children with guns, like snakes
They cut off their limbs with stones and knives
They raped the women in the city squares
They defiled Allah's book [the Quran] in front of millions
Where is the nation of Islam?
Where are the nation of Islam and the Jihad fighters?
Where is the fear of Allah in Jerusalem, which has been defiled by the Zionists?"
PA TV host: "Bravo, applause, applause, applause to Hadeel."

PA TV newsreader: "What kinds of explosives are left [by the Israeli army after training]? We are talking about the explosions they cause."
PA mayor, Mustafa Fuqaha: "Some [explosives] are in different shapes. Some are shaped like pens, and some look like toys. Some are in different shapes to tempt children to touch them or pick them up. This is a real danger and real proof that the Israeli army targets children and young ones."

In a letter sent to Hassam (the organization of prisoners and released prisoners) the prisoners said that on the morning after they arrived, prison authorities gave them rotten food that included a putrid egg that had turned reddish from the poisonous material arsenic, spoiled leben (similar to sour cream), and very moldy bread – all aimed at poisoning them to death.”

A report on the students who were killed during Israel’s Operation Pillar of Defense, which targeted Hamas’ terror infrastructure in Gaza in November 2012:
Child in class: “Why did the Jews bomb them now? The Jews bombed them because they said ‘There is no god but Allah, and Muhammad is God’s prophet’, and also because we are Muslims, and Jews don’t like Muslims.”
Teacher: “We have been an occupied nation ever since 1948, and fortitude is instilled in a child from the day he is born… It is our fate to be an occupied nation, and therefore the children must learn this fortitude along with pride in their own cause and in belonging to their homeland.”
The reporter, sitting in a cemetery: “Sarah, Muhammad, and Ibrahim. They and others like them won’t be going to school today. They themselves have become the school…”

Israel has an "ethos" of "cold-blooded murder"

Source:
Al-Hayat Al-Jadida, Sept. 3, 2012
|
| "It has been our lot to contend with the worst occupation history has ever known – perhaps not the longest, but the most abominable and the bloodiest. For it entails an ethos of hostility, hatred, and theft of heritage, and an ideology that denies the [legitimacy of] the other, estrangement, cold-blooded murder, and many methods employed by the occupation authorities over the long years of the occupation. These [methods] are employed to this very day, every day, at every moment." |

| “As part of the activities at the environmental summer camp (Our Garden) being held at the coeducational school in Nablus under the supervision of the Palestinian Agricultural Development Association (P.A.R.C.), the children met with Khaled Mansour, coordinator of the national campaign to boycott Israeli goods, to discuss the boycott, which is considered a national and religious duty, and a weapon that allows the Palestinian people to hurt the interests of the Israeli enemy, occupying Palestinian territory. Khaled Mansour told [the children] about the occupation’s crimes – killing, home demolitions, arrests, land confiscation, roadblocks, and settler terror – and discussed with them what they thought every person could do to oppose these crimes. |

PA daily columnist: Israel and Syria compete over who can kill more innocents
|
|
Source:
Al-Hayat Al-Jadida, June 7, 2012

Columnist Adel Abd Al-Rahman:
Headline: “Competition to kill the innocent”
“The 44th anniversary of the Naksa (‘setback’ or ‘relapse’, i.e., the Six-Day War) of 1967 was marked yesterday in a number of areas. The front with the greatest pain and the highest number of Arab and Palestinian civilians killed was the Golan front, where approximately 25 Martyrs (Shahids) fell and more than 450 were wounded by bullets of the despicable Zionist terror army… However, anyone following the (current) revolution in proud Syria noticed two days ago, on the anniversary of holocaust-like Naksa of June [1967], that more Martyrs have been killed by the thugs of the Syrian regime than were killed by the Israeli occupation army forces on the Golan front – more than 38 [have been killed by Syria], mostly in the Idlib and Hamat regions, along with hundreds of injured. [Israeli and Syrian] political leaders and armed forces have been competing to see who could kill more innocent, unarmed people on these two fronts.”

PA TV News broadcast
Interview with uncle of Salah Al-Za'ir, who was injured after attempting to stab an Israeli soldier at the Gush Etzion junction.
Uncle: "You're familiar with Israel's false claims. They've never done a thing. They kill many of the Martyrs (Shahids), place a knife next to them, and then say, 'He had a knife.' Now, someone who puts on slippers and goes out – what does he want to do? Someone who wants to do something [serious] puts on sports shoes, or something like that. He was wearing slippers, and was going to get treatment. He didn't go out to carry out terror attacks or to do something."

US and Israel are creating an atmosphere that will lead to Israel assassinating Abbas
|
|
Source:
Al-Hayat Al-Jadida, Nov. 1, 2011
|
Headline: "Beware of Abbas being poisoned!"
"'Obstacle to peace'; 'non-partner'; 'harms his people' – these and other slogans were said about Arafat before he was murdered… The tone adopted by the Israeli foreign minister and others, and the fierce opposition of the US to the decision by the Palestinian leadership to turn to the UN and to UNESCO, place the Palestinian President, Abbas, in a situation similar to that which President Yasser Arafat was put in, and which led to his murder with substances which have not yet been discovered. The incitement against the Palestinian people and the hostility towards it – which cost the life of the historic President of the Palestinian people, Yasser Arafat – are now being repeated towards Abbas, although he has declared our position against the violence which the US and Israel have used as an excuse to impose a siege on Arafat… The atmosphere which is being created by the US and the Israeli setting of the pace is, in my opinion, the requiem. Beware of Abbas being poisoned [by Israel], and afterwards it will be discovered that the substance is unknown, even though right now the substance is Liberman and the American Congress."

Fatah spokesman: Israel allows “murder for the sake of murder”
|
|
Source:
Al-Hayat Al-Jadida, Aug. 19, 2011
|
On August 18, 2011, several Palestinian terrorists armed with rifles and bombs carried out a series of coordinated terror attacks near Eilat killing 6 civilians, a soldier and a security officer. Israel responded to the attacks by targeting the leaders of the organization behind the terror attack, the Popular Resistance Committees, killing 5 members of this terror organization and a child in an air strike on Gaza.
The following is a response by Fatah to Israel’s actions in Gaza, published in the official PA daily:
"The Fatah Palestinian National Liberation Movement said that the Israeli aggression against Rafah, which led to the deaths of six Shahids (Martyrs), is [yet] another chapter in the series of crimes of assassination and targeted [killings] of our people in the besieged [Gaza] Strip. The movement added that the latest aggression is decisive proof that the aim of Netanyahu's government is to draw the region into a great explosion, in order to evade its internal crises. The movement's spokesman, Osama Al-Qawasmi, said in a statement published yesterday by the Commission for Information and Culture, that behind the Israeli aggression against our people in the Gaza Strip there lurk intentions to murder for the sake of murder; and this proves that the occupation army allows [the shedding of] Palestinian blood."

Prisoners’ Committee in Gaza: Israel poisons and murders Palestinian prisoners
|
|
Source:
Al-Hayat Al-Jadida, Aug. 8, 2011

Headline: "Prisoners' Committee emphasizes that Israel is stealing the money and the lives of the prisoners"
"The Prisoners' Committee of the National and Islamic Forces in Gaza condemned the Israeli measures and violations against prisoners in the Ketziot prison in the desert, and the poisoning of 40 prisoners, following the spoiled and [date-] expired food which the Prison Service is serving the prisoners. The Prisoners' Committee said yesterday in a special announcement that Israel seeks to steal the prisoners' money and their lives: On one hand it is privatizing the prisons, forcing the prisoner to live at his personal expense, while on the other hand it is trying to liquidate the prisoners by poisoning them with spoiled food, or through other methods and means, as happened with the prisoner Haitham Salahiyeh, who had poison put in his cup of coffee on Jan. 9, 2011, or through withholding [medical] treatment for prisoners."

PA Minister of Prisoners’ Affairs: Israel carries out “premeditated murder” of Palestinian prisoners

Al-Hayat Al-Jadida, July 28, 2011

Headline: "Reviewed situation of prisoners in the occupation's prisons – Karake demands that Israel's legal and international legitimacy be revoked and that the tragic situation of the detainees be investigated"
"Minister of Prisoners' Affairs, Issa Karake, called for the occupation state's legal and international legitimacy to be revoked, since it is not implementing international conventions and laws with regard to treatment of Palestinian prisoners in the occupation's prisons. Karake's statement came as part of his testimony to the UN Committee on the Exercise of the Inalienable Rights of the Palestinian People, in Amman, capital of Jordan… Karake said that the Israeli government is not implementing international humanitarian law in the way in which it treats the prisoners, since there are tortures, detention and abuse of minors, a policy of medical neglect, isolation with no time limit, and the prisoners' fundamental rights are withheld from them… Karake noted the instances of premeditated murder in the prisons and the interrogation rooms, and the punishment of family members and children through removal from their homes, or the imposition of house arrest. He demanded that the Committee declare Israel a state [behaving as if] above the law, and that its international and legal legitimacy be revoked, and that it not be dealt with as a member state of the UN since it does not honor the UN Charter or humanitarian and international principles."

"The Israeli racist apartheid state treats the Zionist Jewish children according to the treaties of the United Nations. The contrast that exists [in how it treats Palestinian children] is attributable to the racist nature of the Israeli organized terror state, which does not honor the international treaties and practices towards Palestinian children. This is not limited to the murder of the child Muhammad Al-Dura; there are various models and forms of the acts of killing, abuse, detention, birth of babies in prisons, and withholding of elementary human rights from Palestinian children." |

PA daily: "Zionist Jews kill many of the Palestinian people every day"
|
|
Source:
Al-Hayat Al-Jadida, May 13, 2011

Sheikh Ishaq Feleifel teaches religion:
"In this lesson I wanted to talk about Cain and Abel - that's the first story on earth, whose victim was Abel, at the hands of his brother Cain - because this story shows a similarity to the Jews and their crimes. The parallel is that when Allah mentioned the rebellion of the Children of Israel and their disobedience of Allah's commandment to wage war against the Giants, He mentioned the two sons of Adam and Cain's disobedience of Allah's words, and his unjust killing of an innocent soul, which Allah forbade. The Jews, by throwing off their yoke, followed in the footsteps of the first person on earth who threw off the yoke of Allah. Their [the Jews'] evil nature is drawn from Adam's first son... I chose this story because of the similarity it contains: here the Zionist Jews kill many of the Palestinian people every day... and they imprison their [Palestinian] youth who are defending their right and seeking by all means to restore the land to themselves. This is our right, and no one is permitted to prevent us from attaining it. We are destined to restore our homeland to ourselves, Allah willing, and we shall raise our flag over Al-Aqsa [Mosque] and the rest of Palestine, Allah willing."

Al-Qasem also spoke about the issue of the sick prisoners and about the deliberate medical negligence in the occupation’s jails. He said, ‘The persistence of this issue leads me – and I hesitate to say this – [to believe] that the problem of illnesses in the occupation’s jails is an Israeli Prison Services industry, meant to kill our prisoners.’” |
