The Washington Post criticizes Obama administration for neglecting to address PMW-exposed incitement
The problem is what Kerry doesn’t say

President Obama and Secretary of State John F. Kerry never tire of telling Israel all the ills that will befall it if it doesn’t make peace with the Palestinians. However, they studiously ignore the Palestinians’ refusal to embrace a two-state solution. We’re not talking about Hamas; the Palestinian Authority refuses to relinquish the one-state solution. Moreover, Palestinian Authority officials’ repeated comments amount to calls for genocide.
Palestinian Media Watch, which monitors the Palestinian Authority’s statements, informs us: “Several times recently, Fatah Central Committee member Tawfiq Tirawi has openly rejected coexistence with Israel and called for a ‘return to the option of one Palestine from the river to the sea.’ During an interview on Hezbollah’s Al-Manar TV, he stated that ‘the only solution before us is the historic solution presented by Fatah in 1968.’”

"I repeat my humble opinion once again: I’m telling you that the two-state solution does not exist. The two-state solution does not exist. The two-state solution is over. We must return to the option of one Palestine from the [Jordan] River to the [Mediterranean] Sea. Palestinians, Palestinian leadership, listen to me: The only solution before us is the historic solution presented by Fatah in 1968.”
How would he obtain his one-state solution? When you “drive Israel” into the sea, you must destroy the Jewish state and its Jewish citizens. The reference to 1968 is not incidental:
The PLO Charter first written in 1964 called for “liberation” of Palestine, meaning the destruction of Israel, adding that the PLO does not seek “territorial sovereignty over the West Bank in the Hashemite Kingdom of Jordan, on the Gaza Strip. . . .” However, when the West Bank and Gaza Strip came under Israeli administration following the Six Day War in 1967, the PLO rewrote its Charter in 1968, now seeking sovereignty over the West Bank and the Gaza Strip as well, lands formerly under Jordanian and Egyptian rule.
The Charter of 1968 also speaks of “armed struggle” or “armed revolution” nine times, stating that “armed struggle is the only way to liberate Palestine” and urging Palestinians to “be prepared for the armed struggle.” The PLO and Fatah were then defined internationally as terror organizations. The “armed struggle” to “liberate Palestine,” with “Palestine” defined as all of Israel including the West Bank and the Gaza Strip, is “the historic solution presented by Fatah in 1968″ to which Tirawi referred...
Israel has repeatedly done what is required — offered statehood and relinquishment of Gaza and virtually all of the West Bank. The barrier to peace is a Palestinian Authority that still dreams of wiping Israel out and a Hamas still engaged in terrorism. By insisting Israel is somehow responsible for the impasse, the administration naturally resorts time and again to not-so-subtle threats against Israel and a mischaracterization of the potential for a two-state solution.
The problem then isn’t what Kerry says but what he doesn’t say to the Palestinian Authority: When you are willing to live in peace with a Jewish state and give up the dream of a Palestinian state running from the West Bank and Gaza to the sea, give me a call.
