Social worker on PA TV blames Israel for Palestinian belief in fortune tellers

TV host: "The vast majority of those who turn to fortune tellers are well-educated, university students, intelligent couples. Why?"
Social worker Hisham Shana'a: "They are the most affected psychologically and exposed to the [Israeli] cultural invasion. Perhaps the occupation (i.e., Israel) and its agents play a large role in creating such phenomena (i.e., turning to fortune tellers) because it eats away at the body of [Palestinian] society like a kind of social disease. They package it for us as something acceptable and harmless."
