Jibril Rajoub
Jibril Rajoub is Secretary of the Fatah Central Committee (since Feb. 15, 2017). He is also Head of the Supreme Council for Sport and Youth Affairs, Chairman of the Palestinian Football Association, and Chairman of the Palestinian Olympic Committee. He is a former member of the Fatah Revolutionary Council (until Aug. 2009), the former Deputy-Secretary of the Fatah Central Committee (2009-2017), the former National Security Advisor to Yasser Arafat, rank of Brigadier-General, and the former Head of the West Bank Preventive Security Forces (1994-2002)

Jibril Rajoub was sentenced to life in prison in 1970 for throwing a grenade at an Israeli army truck. He was released in the Jibril Agreement - A deal between the Israeli government and the terrorist organization the Popular Front for the Liberation of Palestine (PFLP), led by Ahmed Jibril. On May 21, 1985, Israel released 1,150 Palestinian prisoners, including terrorist murderers, in exchange for three Israeli soldiers who had been taken hostage by the PFLP.

In 2015, the PA submitted a request to FIFA to suspend Israel, organized and promoted by Rajoub. PMW published a report, "PA sports: Prohibiting peace and glorifying terror," showing the irony of Rajoub's request, since the PA uses sports to further entrench the conflict with Israel and to send the message that murdering Israeli civilians is honorable and heroic. In 2016 and early 2017, PMW released two reports, "The Jibril Rajoub File" and "The Jibril Rajoub File: Special report for FIFA"  that showed Rajoub's support for terror and opposition to peacebuilding between Israelis and Palestinians.

Rajoub : "The Sixth Fatah Conference affirmed… the armed struggle"
Source: Official Palestinian Authority TV, Aug. 6, 2010
Jibril Rajoub, Deputy-Secretary of the Fatah Central Committee:
"At the [Sixth Fatah] Conference, we affirmed the struggle in all its forms, including resistance and the armed struggle...
We agreed on it unanimously about both the [Fatah] movement’s aims and its principles, including the resistance and the armed struggle. The [armed] struggle, as we see it, is not an aim; it is not a hike or a pleasure cruise.
[Armed] resistance has circumstances, considerations, and factors – whether national, regional or international. It must cause pain to the occupation; it must be connected to a political platform."

Source: Official Palestinian Authority TV, May 12, 2010
Deputy-Secretary of the Fatah Central Committee and former PA senior official, Jibril Rajoub:
"Building a school and throwing a hand grenade, in my opinion, are resistance. I build the school in order to strengthen the reasons for my people's resolve, as one of several aspects of the resistance, and when there is a need to throw a grenade [or launch] a rocket, I'll do that as well out of my belief in the inevitable victory of my cause and its justness."

Jibril Rajoub, member of the Fatah Revolutionary Council:
“Fatah arose to realize the independent Palestinian national identity as necessary factor in the equation of the conflict, by means of struggle in all its forms, foremost among them the armed struggle. [This principle] will not fall at the [Sixth] Conference, and there is no force in the world that can cause it to fall. And I say to you, all Fatah members – this is a strategic choice that is not subject to geography, nor to blackmail, nor to the place and time of the gathering of the Conference."

Many Americans were murdered in Iraq and Afghanistan, without locating the murderers. Israel attacked an American ship in 1967 and those responsible were not brought to trial. Why do the Americans insist on extorting us?”
