A cartoon is shown of the Old City of Jerusalem with the Dome of the Rock in the center and the dome of the Church of the Holy Sepulchre behind it to the right. The call of “Allahu Akbar” (“Allah is greatest”) and the ringing of church bells are heard.

The cartoon shifts to showing the same scene except now the city is hemmed in on the left side by the dome of a massive Israeli soldier’s helmeted head, and on the right side by the dome of a massive Coronavirus particle. The helmet and particle are the same shade of green.
