The cartoon shows a masked Palestinian rioter with his head covered by a keffiyeh (Arab headdress) using a board as a shield against two approaching bullets. The rioter is protecting the PA map of “Palestine” that presents all of Israel together with the PA areas as “Palestine,” the Dome of the Rock, and an olive tree with a Palestinian flag attached to it.
