Abbas’ Fatah Movement has recently tied itself to the Islamic Jihad terror organization, defining the relationship as “Brothers in blood and in Martyrdom.” The two organizations’ military wings both published the image above of two masked and uniformed terrorists holding assault rifles. The terrorist on the left is wearing a black headband with “Al-Quds Brigades (i.e., Islamic Jihad’s military wing)” written on it, while the terrorist on the right is wearing a yellow headband with “Al-Aqsa Martyrs’ Brigades (i.e., Fatah’s military wing)” written on it. In the upper right corner are the logos of the Al-Quds Brigades (left) and the Al-Aqsa Martyrs’ Brigades (right).

Fatah also posted another image of two masked and uniformed terrorists, one  carrying an assault rifle. On his headband is written “Jenin Brigade,” a Palestinian terror cell affiliated with Islamic Jihad, while on the headband and flak jacket of the terrorist on the right is written “Al-Aqsa Martyrs’ Brigades,” Fatah’s military wing.

Both posters signal an alliance between the two terror organizations – Fatah’s military wing and Islamic Jihad’s military wing.

Palestinian Media Watch exposed that Fatah gave active support to Islamic Jihad in the recent Gaza war and has documented that Fatah continuously profiles itself as leading terror as opposed to Hamas.
