Map of "Palestine" erasing Israel on Fatah Facebook page attacks UNRWA

Image and text posted on the official Fatah Facebook page

Posted text: “Return me to my land and I do not want the services of UNRWA”

The image shows a Palestinian refugee wearing a keffiyeh (Arab headdress) and holding a sack of flour, on which is written:
“UNRWA (UN Relief and Works Agency for Palestine Refugees in the Near East)
Wheat flour (not for sale)
For free distribution to Palestine refugees…”
The refugee is knocking on a locked door in the shape of the PA map of “Palestine” that presents all of Israel as “Palestine” together with the PA areas, which is colored blue and has the UNRWA logo on it.
The refugee is saying: “Return me to my land and I do not want the services of UNRWA”

The cartoon apparently refers to a bill proposed in July 2018 by US Representative Doug Lamborn that would limit US money allocated to UNRWA until it works to resettle only the original Palestinian refugees.
