Jibril Rajoub
Jibril Rajoub is Secretary of the Fatah Central Committee (since Feb. 15, 2017). He is also Head of the Supreme Council for Sport and Youth Affairs, Chairman of the Palestinian Football Association, and Chairman of the Palestinian Olympic Committee. He is a former member of the Fatah Revolutionary Council (until Aug. 2009), the former Deputy-Secretary of the Fatah Central Committee (2009-2017), the former National Security Advisor to Yasser Arafat, rank of Brigadier-General, and the former Head of the West Bank Preventive Security Forces (1994-2002)

Jibril Rajoub was sentenced to life in prison in 1970 for throwing a grenade at an Israeli army truck. He was released in the Jibril Agreement - A deal between the Israeli government and the terrorist organization the Popular Front for the Liberation of Palestine (PFLP), led by Ahmed Jibril. On May 21, 1985, Israel released 1,150 Palestinian prisoners, including terrorist murderers, in exchange for three Israeli soldiers who had been taken hostage by the PFLP.

In 2015, the PA submitted a request to FIFA to suspend Israel, organized and promoted by Rajoub. PMW published a report, "PA sports: Prohibiting peace and glorifying terror," showing the irony of Rajoub's request, since the PA uses sports to further entrench the conflict with Israel and to send the message that murdering Israeli civilians is honorable and heroic. In 2016 and early 2017, PMW released two reports, "The Jibril Rajoub File" and "The Jibril Rajoub File: Special report for FIFA"  that showed Rajoub's support for terror and opposition to peacebuilding between Israelis and Palestinians.
Rajoub: Israel could teach Hitler "the art of destroying the people and massacres"
Source: Official Palestinian Authority TV, May 23, 2013
PA TV program: Circle of Events. Guest: Deputy Secretary General of Fatah's Central Committee, Jibril Rajoub
PA TV interviewer: “The statements you made in Beirut on the Al-Mayadeen TV station had a lot of impact, according to them ‘We are Israel’s enemies and if we had a nuke we’d have used it…’ I hope you’ll clarify the picture because Israel condemned the [statements] and at the time the Palestinians did not.”
PA official, Rajoub: “Madam, first of all I don’t care what Israel says, I care about what serves the Palestinian people’s interests. The Palestinian people have been living under an occupation, a racist, fascist, vile, inhuman occupation, for 46 years…
I, true, the interviewer [from the Al-Mayadeen TV station] asked me and I answered in the same manner and with those words and even now I say to the Israelis, if there won’t be a reexamination of your conduct on your part, a saying in Hebrew states: ‘kill or be killed,’ we won’t be killed, we’re not Jesus, true, we come from Jesus’ apostles but we, our future and our government and our identity are being trampled under the criminal terrorist settler dogs’ feet. I’m certain that if Hitler would come again he would learn from them the art of breaking the will of the people, humiliating the people, [making the] people suffer, destroying the people and massacres...
The world today has begun to be convinced that we are a victim and that they are the criminals and hangmen. Under the rays of the sun Israel has been revealed to be a foreign and threatening body that threatens the region’s independence, threatens the world’s peace and threatens the world’s values and interests.”

Deputy Secretary of Fatah’s Central Committee and head of Palestinian Olympic Committee Jibril Rajoub: I salute the prisoners, and foremost our colleague in the [Fatah] Central Committee Marwan Barghouti (i.e., terrorist who orchestrated three shooting attacks in which 5 were murdered), and all the leaders of national activism, including the Secretary General of the Popular Front [for the Liberation of Palestine], comrade Ahmad Sa'adat (i.e., terrorist leader serving 30 years.) Many of them are in our hearts."

Marwan Barghouti – Palestinian terrorist who is serving 5 life sentences for orchestrating three shooting attacks that killed 5 people: one attack in Jerusalem (June 12, 2001) in which Greek monk Tsibouktsakis Germanus was murdered by terrorist Ismail Radaida and another unidentified terrorist, another attack at a gas station in Givat Zeev near Jerusalem (Jan. 15, 2002) in which Yoela Hen, 45, was murdered by terrorists led by Mohammed Matla, and one shooting and stabbing attack at the Sea Food Market restaurant in Tel Aviv (March 5, 2002) in which Eli Dahan, 53, Yosef Habi, 52, and Police Officer Sergeant-Major Salim Barakat, 33, were murdered by terrorist Ibrahim Hasouna. When arrested by Israel in 2002, Barghouti headed the Tanzim (Fatah terror faction). After he was convicted and imprisoned, he was re-elected member of the Palestinian Authority parliament.

Ahmad Sa'adat is serving a 30-year sentence for heading the PFLP terror organization. A song at a PFLP event also praised him for planning the assassination of Israeli Minister of Tourism Rehavam Ze'evi in 2001, but he has not been tried for this crime.

PA sports official: Moment of silence for Israeli victims of Olympic massacre in Munich would be "racism"
Source: Official PA daily, Al-Hayat Al-Jadida, July 25, 2012
Headline: "Rajoub expresses appreciation for Rogge's position and emphasizes that sports are meant for peace, not for racism"
"'Sports are a bridge to love, interconnection, and spreading peace among nations; it must not be a cause of division and spreading of racism between them.' With these words the President of the Palestinian Olympic Committee, Jibril Rajoub, began a special letter which he sent to president of the International Olympic Committee, Jacques Rogge. He expressed appreciation for [Rogge's] position, who opposed the Israeli position, which demanded a moment's silence at the opening ceremony of the Olympic Games in London. He said that his position not to politicize sports, and his determination to implement the International Olympic Charter represents a victory for freedom in sports. It should be noted that Rogge once again expressed the position of the executive office of the International Olympic Committee, which opposes the idea of holding a moment's silence during the opening ceremony of the 2012 London Olympics, to mark the anniversary of the Munich operation, which took place during the Munich Olympics in 1972."

Fatah official to Olympic Committee: Request to hold minute of silence in memory of Munich massacre "constitutes an unjustified provocation" and "demonstrates a politicization of sport"
Source: Al-Akhbar, Lebanese daily, July 24, 2012
"There are efforts by Israel to press the International Olympic Committee to have a minute of standing in silence at the opening ceremony of the Olympic Games. This year is the 40th anniversary of the event (i.e., Munich Massacre, 11 Israeli Olympic athletes murdered), and the Israeli activity has increased with support from the US, Australia, and Canada, to hold a minute of silence at the opening ceremony that will be held in London on Friday [July 27, 2012]. This matter caused the Palestine Olympic Committee to act quickly through correspondence with members of the Executive Board of the International Olympic Committee, including the Lebanese Toni Khoury . Khoury received a letter from Chairman of the Palestine Olympic Committee [and Deputy Secretary of the Fatah Central Committee] Jibril Rajoub, which said:
‘In the name of the Palestinian people and the Palestinian athletes, we bless you…The Israeli side is endeavoring to hold a memorial [service] for the Munich event at the upcoming Olympic Games in London. This constitutes an unjustified provocation, especially since the Palestinian athlete… is exposed daily to blockades, arrest, and humiliation, and many of them have been killed. This behavior by the Israeli side demonstrates a politicization of sport. Therefore, we expect your intervention in order to eliminate this topic from the agenda of the organizing committee, especially since the office of the director of the International Olympic Committee has rejected this matter in the past; however, there are pressures from the side of the American Congress, and the governments of Canada and Australia, to discuss this matter again.
Therefore we hope that a concerted and effective effort will be made by your side to make sure that this matter is deleted, and that it will not be discussed in any way.'"
