Abbas: I willl never stop salaries to prisoners and Martyrs' families

Israeli Channel 1 said that His Honor [PA] President [Mahmoud Abbas] informed the American delegation, which he met with tonight [Aug. 25, 2017] in Ramallah, that he will not stop paying the allowances (mukhassasat) of the Martyrs (Shahids) and prisoners until the last day of his life, and thus he rejected the American-Israeli demand on this matter.
On the other hand, the Arab papers mentioned the meeting in Ramallah and said that the president informed American President [Donald Trump’s] envoys that he is ready to cooperate with President Trump in order to reach a just and comprehensive peace based on the two-state solution on the June 4, 1967 borders.”
