PA District Governor of Ramallah places wreaths on graves of “Martyrs”: “Their blood will remain entrusted to all the free people in the world”

Headline: “Ghannam placed wreaths of flowers on the Martyrs’ graves”
“Ramallah and El-Bireh District Governor Laila Ghannam, and alongside her the district security authority, placed wreaths of flowers on the Martyrs’ (Shahids’) graves on the morning of the [Eid Al-Fitr] holiday (i.e., “Sacrifice Feast,” Muslim holiday marking the end of Ramadan) [June 15, 2018]. Ghannam emphasized that their blood will remain entrusted to all the free people in the world until the liberation, and delivered greetings of pride and appreciation to our heroic prisoners, our glorious female prisoners, and their families that spend the days of the holiday with the pain of their loved ones’ absence… She also noted most of our people and our families welcome the holidays with tears due to the absence of their children, who are denied the most basic human rights in the cellars of the thieving prison guard or scent the land with the fragrance of their blood that is spilled for an epic of struggle whose name is Palestine.”
