Headline: “The Fatah branch in Malaysia and Thailand commemorates the 54th anniversary of the Launch (Intilaqa)”
“The Malaysia and Thailand branch of the Fatah Movement commemorated the 54th anniversary of the outbreak of the Launch (Intilaqa) of the Palestinian revolution (i.e., commemorated on the anniversary of Fatah’s first attempted terror attack; see note below)…
Ambassador of the State of Palestine in Malaysia Walid Abu Ali conveyed the greetings of [PA] President of the State of Palestine Mahmoud Abbas during a speech that he gave during the ceremony held for the event…
Abu Ali expressed his appreciation for Malaysia’s role and its firm positions regarding our cause and our people. He emphasized that our people remembers to the credit of Malaysia and its leadership its position when it refused to grant Israeli athletes entry visas to the state in order to participate in the Paralympic Swimming Championship in 2019 (i.e., the World Para Swimming Championship to be held in July 2019).”

Intilaqa - "the Launch" refers to the beginning of Fatah on Jan. 1, 1965, when it carried out its first terror attack against Israel, attempting to blow up Israel's National Water Carrier.
