Mossawa Center The Advocacy Center For Arab Citizens In Israel – NGO whose stated aim is "to promote the economic, social, cultural and political rights of the Palestinian Arab citizens in Israel, and the recognition of this community as a national indigenous minority, with their own national, cultural and historical distinctiveness."
According to NGO Monitor, the Mossawa Center advocates against Israel internationally, including in reports to the UN, and also incites against the Arab-Christian community in Israel and its leaders due to the community's support of cooperation with the Israeli army.

Land Day – an annual commemoration of the general strike and demonstrations organized by Israeli Arab residents of the Galilee on March 30, 1976 to protest the Israeli government's decision to expropriate land in the Galilee for security and settlement purposes, which it later implemented. During the protests, demonstrators burnt tires, blocked roads, and threw rocks and firebombs. Six demonstrators were shot and killed by the Israeli army and police. Israeli Arabs and Palestinians consider Land Day a national day.
