Fatah Central Committee member, Commissioner for Diaspora Branches, and PLO Central Council member Jamal Muhaisen: “The [Arab] Joint Defense Treaty determines that any aggression against Arab territory must be fought against. What about the Israeli aggression that extends 50 years already against the West Bank, Gaza, and Jerusalem, and in addition, the territories that were occupied in ’48? Why is the Joint Defense Treaty of the Arabs not being implemented regarding this issue?”
