PA daily describes Israel as “the 1948 territories”

Headline: “Nablus: The Samaritans make a pilgrimage to the peak of Mount Gerizim”
     “Members of the Samaritan ethnic group completed the ceremonies of the pilgrimage to the peak of Mount Gerizim in Nablus early yesterday morning [April 27, 2016]… It should be noted that the Samaritans, who describe themselves as the true keepers of the bible, number 790 people, some of whom live in Nablus, while the others live in Holon, within the 1948 territories (i.e., Israel).”
