PLO: Palestinians have the “right to resist in all possible ways (i.e., including violence)”

“The organizations, trade unions and popular associations in the PLO asserted their support for the [Palestinian] leadership’s appeal to the [UN] Security Council and to the relevant international organizations to issue a decision to set a time frame for ending the Israeli occupation… In addition, they stressed our people’s right to resist in all possible ways, and the need to restore national unity, it being our path to liberation, freedom, return [of refugees] and independence.”
