Official PA news agency uses term “alleged Temple”
Headline: “New invasions of the Al-Aqsa Mosque and preparations for the ‘Purim’ celebration in the Old [City of] Jerusalem”
“Jewish groups continued their invasions of the blessed Al-Aqsa Mosque from the Mughrabi Gate today, Tuesday [March 3, 2015]… The Jewish groups include members of the alleged Temple organizations and hold provocation tours around the mosque.”
Note: The PA considers any presence of Jews on the Temple Mount an "invasion." However, all visitors are subject to rigorous checks by Israeli security personnel before being granted access to the Temple Mount.
On March 4 and 5, 2015, approximately 50 religious Israeli Jews entered the Temple Mount under police protection to celebrate the Jewish holiday of Purim.
