Song on Fatah Facebook: "For Palestine, sacrifice your life... Mother, give me a weapon, a machine gun”

Text of song published on Fatah’s Facebook page, “Fatah – The Main Page”:
“Saddle your horse and raise the flag; When you see Hebron, stop and salute it.
You stand firm, Omar Kharwat
Abu Fahmi, worry not.

Through our right [to Palestine]
We’ll raise the flags
In spite of jail and our worries.
Past and future: gifts to Palestine.

O Hatem, we will give our souls
Will not fear the occupier’s homes(i.e., the Israeli occupation).
O Jamal, challenge their homes;
There is no solution besides revolution.

Rise, O rifle and shout for joy
For the people of Hebron

For the sake of Qawasmi, we won’t kneel [before our enemy]
His resolve will never crumble
For Palestine, sacrifice your life, Muhammad [Qawasmi].
Expand [the revolution] left and right,
Expand [it] for the men of Fatah

Mother, give me a weapon, a machine gun,
My path is the path of struggle
Just like Yasser Sharbati
Even if the blow hurts me
I will not fear death.

Hatem, even if your imprisonment is long
Qawasmi, do not fall apart.
We are faithful to vow of the heroes
And proud of the men of the revolution.
Men, tomorrow you’ll return.
And the sun of freedom will shine.”
