Fatah official proud that Fatah is "still leading the popular uprising… 80% of Martyrs are Fatah people"

Fatah Cental Committee member Amal Hamad: “Historically, Fatah is targeted because it has not been subordinate to anyone, neither on the regional nor on the international level… and I say that if one has a responsible national sentiment, he should thank Fatah for its resolve, and for its ability to say ‘No!’ to the Americans, ‘No!’ to the occupation, ‘No!’ to all regional, Arab, and international pressures… We are still leading the popular uprising, with true resistance, 80 percent of the Martyrs (Shahids) are Fatah people. If so, the movement is deeply rooted.”
