"Prisoner, Commander, General
Mansour Shreim 'Abu Saleh’ (i.e., terrorist, responsible for murdering 11), ally of [Raed] Al-Karmi – sentenced to life imprisonment (i.e., serving 14 life sentences)
One of the outstanding and founding commanders of the Al-Aqsa Martyrs' Brigades (i.e., Fatah’s military wing) in Palestine
He has begun his 15th year in the occupation's prisons while still standing firm before this abominable jailor, challenging and completing the path of struggle begun by him and his comrades towards the path of the Martyrs (Shahids), who waged the battle of honor, the challenge, and the resolve, raised the name of Tulkarem high among the clouds of the heavens, and waved the flag of Fatah and the brigades through their revolutionary and military activity against the occupation
All the oath and loyalty to you, our brother Abu Saleh
And full freedom for our heroic prisoners"
