Israeli affairs expert Fayez Abbas: “The caricature in the [Israeli] newspaper Yediot Aharonot today [July 4, 2016] – here is a Palestinian carrying a knife, saying that he wants to become a Martyr (Shahid) for the 72 Virgins in Paradise. The second [Palestinian] – maybe it is the guy from Facebook – says to him: ‘I’m going to become a Martyr and receive 72,000 likes on Facebook.’”
Official PA TV host: “Unfortunately that reflects the situation, true.”
