PA daily op-ed glorifies terrorists that killed 3 as “heroic Martyrs”, attacks Trump and demonizes Israelis

"The situation in the West Bank is still at the highest levels of tension; precious blood spilled – Palestinian blood as always, and also Israeli blood. The significance of the spilling of Israeli blood lies in the fact that it occurred after the reverberating failure of the American proposal at the [UN] General Assembly, which wanted to mark Hamas as a terror [organization] (see note below –Ed.). This American resolution failed in a shameful manner, because according to international law the Palestinian struggle is a legal, most pure, and most necessary struggle, and nobody can steal it from the Palestinian people. Therefore, we saw [US President Donald] Trump agitated and pitiful because his proposal failed, and this idiot returned to babbling about what he has already babbled about in the past, and threatened to punish the states that voted against his resolution and brought it down with great shame! By Allah, is this man suitable to be the president of the US? He does nothing but fail, and only receives slaps on the cheek!
The second criminal, [Israeli Prime Minister Benjamin] Netanyahu, sent his army in great numbers and laid siege to the Ramallah and El-Bireh district! He gave orders to shoot at the Palestinians freely and sent the herds of settlers, including the Jewish hilltop youth and price tag terror groups, to come out with shrieks, and their cowardly insanity has reached the level of calls and threats to kill the head of the Palestinian legitimacy and the commander of the battle, [PA] President Mahmoud Abbas…
Heroic Martyr (Shahid) Ashraf Na'alwa (i.e., terrorist, murdered 2) and heroic Martyr Saleh Barghouti (i.e., terrorist, murdered baby and wounded 7)… are Palestinian Martyrs, who came from the Palestinian time and experienced the bitter Palestinian experience. Each one of them is a rose that grew out of a wound, and the wound is Palestinian, and they will be born one million and one times in the names of new heroes that will be born in the fields of Palestinian creativity.
What does Netanyahu think? And what does Donald Trump think? Killing, death, denial, theft, and moral decay from these Israelis who were exposed by DNA tests as having no connection to the Children of Israel (sic., genetic testing confirms the uniform origin of the different Jewish communities –Ed.) – do they think that all of this will occur and nothing will happen? If that is what Netanyahu and Donald Trump think, then let those idiots be cursed, as the Palestinians are prepared to carry out additional forms of struggle whose level their corrupt minds cannot even reach."

UN Resolution condemning Hamas - The US proposed a resolution to condemn the terror organization Hamas for firing rockets into Israel and inciting violence, and demanding that it and other terrorist groups such as Islamic Jihad cease their terror activities, including the use of airborne incendiaries. The proposal was voted on by the UN General Assembly on Dec. 6, 2018. Although it received a majority of the votes, the proposal did not receive the two thirds needed to be ratified.
Barkan Industrial Zone Attack – 23-year-old Palestinian terrorist Ashraf Walid Suleiman Na’alwa shot and murdered his 2 Israeli coworkers Kim Levengrond-Yehezkel and Ziv Hajbi in a factory in the Barkan Industrial Zone near Ariel on Oct. 7, 2018. Na'alwa fled the scene, but was located two months later in Nablus and shot and killed in a shootout when the Israeli army and police tried to apprehend him on Dec. 13, 2018. The Izz A-Din Al-Qassam Brigades (Hamas' military wing) claimed responsibility for the attack.
Until this attack, the Barkan Industrial Zone had been an example of coexistence with Israelis and Palestinians working together.
Ofra shooting attack – Palestinian terrorists shot and wounded 7 Israelis - a pregnant woman, her husband, another man, and 4 teenagers - in a drive-by shooting attack next to Ofra, north of Jerusalem, on Dec. 9, 2018. The pregnant woman was severely wounded and doctors had to deliver her baby prematurely before operating on her. The baby died three days later. The terrorists fled the scene but were located three days later. One terrorist, Saleh Omar Saleh Barghouti, was shot and killed by the Israeli army during the attempt to apprehend him, while other terrorists were taken into custody. The Izz A-Din Al-Qassam Brigades (Hamas' military wing) claimed responsibility for the attack.
