The image shows terrorist Dalal Mughrabi. In the bottom left of the image appears the logo of the 52nd anniversary of “the Launch” (Intilaqa) of Fatah, which features the PA map of “Palestine” that presents all of Israel as “Palestine” together with the PA areas, a keffiyeh (Arab headdress), and the Fatah logo including a grenade, crossed rifles, and the PA map of “Palestine.” To the right of the logo for the 52nd anniversary of “the Launch” appears the word “Dalal,” and in the bottom right corner appears the Fatah logo, and under it the words: “Fatah Mobilization and Organization Commission.”

Dalal Mughrabi led the most lethal terror attack in Israel’s history, known as the Coastal Road massacre, in 1978, when she and other Fatah terrorists hijacked a bus on Israel's Coastal Highway, killing 37 civilians, 12 of them children, and wounding over 70.
Intilaqa - the “launch” of Fatah on Jan. 1, 1965, when it carried out its first terror attack against Israel, attempting to blow up Israel's National Water Carrier.
