Fatah official defends Hamas against US resolution submitted to the UN condemning Hamas and recognizing it as a terrorist organization

Headline: “Al-Sheikh: The wording of the resolution that the US submitted to the UN condemning Hamas is rejected out of hand”

“Fatah Movement Central Committee member [and Head of Civil Affairs in the PA] Hussein Al-Sheikh said today, Thursday [Nov. 29, 2018], that the wording of the resolution that the US submitted to the UN General Assembly condemning the Hamas Movement is rejected out of hand.
He added in a press release that the wording of the American resolution is additional decisive evidence of the absolute American policy of bias in favor of the occupation and comparison of the victim to the hangman.
Al-Sheikh expressed hope that the friendly sister states will stand against this unfair resolution.
The delegation of Palestine at the UN distributed a memorandum to all of the member states to respond to the fact that US Ambassador to the UN Nikki Haley distributed a resolution proposal entitled ‘Hamas’ condemning the movement for ‘randomly firing rockets towards populated areas in Israel, and demanding to consider the Hamas Movement a terrorist movement that commits war crimes.’”
