Israel spread drugs to weaken "resistance" (violence)
Um Jihad, Minister for Social Affairs:
"The Occupation Authority - by inserting and distributing them [the drugs] in our districts - wishes to destroy our ability, and to weaken our beliefs in the resistance against the occupier."
