Sermon at mosque calls on Allah to “defend the Al-Aqsa Mosque from the defilement of the settlers”

"Those present held the Eid Al-Fitr prayers at a mosque located in the district’s national security headquarters, where the mosque’s imam Sheikh Ziyad Ali emphasized ‘the teachings of the Islamic religion and the principles of love and tolerance, and that the blessed holiday [Eid Al-Fitr] is an opportunity to strengthen and tighten the connections between different [groups] of our people and its unity.’ Likewise, he called on the supreme and exalted Lord of the Universe ‘to defend the Prophet’s Mosque (i.e., which was hit by a suicide bombing on July 4, 2016) and our people in Saudi Arabia from those seeking to do it harm, and to defend the Al-Aqsa Mosque from the defilement of the settlers.’”
