PA Foreign Affairs Minister repeats libel: Israeli groups “attempting to destroy the Al-Aqsa Mosque”, Israel is “Judaizing Jerusalem”

Headline: “Al-Malki called on the international community to defend the principle of two states”

“[PA] Minister of Foreign Affairs Riyad Al-Malki… updated a delegation of the Arab League Educational, Cultural, and Scientific Organization ALECSO , led by the organization’s Director-General Abdullah Muharib, regarding the political, cultural, social, educational, and scientific developments in the Palestinian arena…
He reviewed the Israeli steps to Judaize the holy city [of Jerusalem], the latest of which was building Talmudic (i.e., Jewish) biblical parks on the Mount of Olives, as well as Israel’s attempts to divide the Al-Aqsa Mosque according to areas and to impose by force a division according to times. He also warned against the extremist right-wing Israeli groups that are attempting to destroy the Al-Aqsa Mosque and to establish the alleged Temple in its place, and added that these extremist groups are investing efforts to become the main engine of the Israeli governments and its direction.”

"Division according to areas and times" refers to a proposed law (May 2013) being reviewed in Israeli Parliament that would allow for both Jews and Muslims to pray on the Temple Mount, what the Palestinians call the Al-Aqsa Mosque plaza. The law seeks to designate separate prayer times and areas of the site for Muslims and Jews.
However, Israeli PM Netanyahu has stated on many occasions that the Israeli government has no intention of ‎changing the status quo on the Temple Mount, which means Jews are allowed to enter the Temple Mount, but cannot pray there or engage in any type of worship.
