Official PA TV newsreader: “Jenin [District] Governor Ibrahim Ramadan laid the cornerstone of the new residential buildings for the families of the three Martyrs (Shahids) and the prisoner from Qabatiya, at a ceremony honoring the families of the Martyrs and the outstanding students in the matriculation exams.”

Official PA TV reporter: “After the occupation’s bulldozers demolished the homes of the three Martyrs from Qabatiya south of Jenin (i.e., terrorists Ahmad Najah Abu Al-Rub, Ahmad Zakarneh, and Muhammad Kmeil), who died after they carried out the Damascus Gate operation (i.e., terrorist attack, 1 murdered) in occupied Jerusalem last February [2015], and [the home of] the prisoner that the occupation government is accusing of providing them with aid (i.e., Bilal Abu Zaid), the [PA] leadership ordered the building of new homes for their families.
It translated these efforts [into actions] by laying a cornerstone for these homes, and announced the start of their construction as [a sign of] loyalty to their sacrifice.”

Commissioner for Mobilization and Organization and Fatah Central Committee member Mahmoud Al-Aloul: “Since the beginning of the occupation, it is trying to do all it can to carry out crimes like these, to demolish homes in an attempt to distance the Palestinian people from the resistance to this occupation. However, despite all of these efforts, the Palestinian people will without a doubt resist for the defense of its country, its future, and its children.”
