“The [PA] Government Media Center called on media outlets and citizens not to pay any heed to social media pages that use the name of the center for themselves and spread baseless rumors.
The center emphasized that its official page is www.facebook.com/pgmc.media (the page no longer exists –Ed.), and that the authentic page of the Government of the State of Palestine is www.facebook.com/GovernmentofPalestine. Likewise, it noted that the page named The National Palestinian Authority_Government Media is a fake page that has no connection to the center.”
