PA libel: Israel responsible for rise in illnesses, slow deaths of prisoners

Issa Karake, Minister of Prisoners’ Affairs: Israel intentionally causes PA prisoners illnesses so they will die in prison:
”I agree that the health situation in the Israeli prisons is most worrying… The rise in the number of illnesses and the worsening of dangerous illnesses in the prisons has many cases and Israel is responsible for it… I think that [the situation] is deliberate, deliberate on the part of the prison authorities and the Israeli occupation. This abnormal situation is deliberate. It is deliberate [so] that the prisoners will die slowly of their various illnesses, in the prisons.”
