PA Minister of Prisoners’ Affairs honors terrorist prisoner

Headline: " District Governor of Hebron presents presidential gift to family of prisoner Al-Sharabati and visits released prisoners"
     "District Governor of Hebron Kamel Hamid presented a presidential gift to the Al-Sharabati family, four of whom are prisoners in the occupation's prisons. This was during [Hamid's] participation in a fast-breaking meal with the family of prisoner Yasser Al-Sharabati, in the presence of Minister of Prisoners' Affairs Issa Karake… During his meeting with the prisoner's family, the district governor emphasized that the issue of the prisoners is a central one, and one of the fundamental principles, and that the Palestinian leadership gives it priority. He conveyed to them greetings from President Mahmoud Abbas. Also, the district governor and the Minister of Prisoners' Affairs, Issa Karake, visited released prisoners Amjad Abu Ramuz, Imran Abu Sbeih, Raed Qfeisha, Ammar Al-Hashlamoun and Basel Al-Ja'abari, who were released two days ago from the occupation's prisons, to congratulate them. They noted that their joy will not be complete until all the prisoners are released from the occupation's prisons, and that there will be no peace, security and stability without the release of all the prisoners."

Note: Al-Sharabati - was a senior member of the Tanzim and was involved in planning a suicide terror attack in Jerusalem. He was given two life sentences.
