Aim rifle at Israeli enemy, says Fatah leader
Official PA TV program on the Yarmouk refugee camp in Syria hosted Fatah Central Committee member Amal Hamad. Hamad talks about how the soldiers (does not specify whether Syrian or Palestinian) near the refugee camp are capable of turning their guns against the camp, but weren’t able to confront the Israelis in the Golan Heights:
“Our weapons – we Palestinians – their purpose is clear – our Palestinian weapons are [aimed] against the Israeli occupation, and I hope this weapon will be raised against the Israeli occupation alone, and not against any Palestinian or Arab party…The rifle must be aimed at the Israeli enemy.”
