“In these difficult days, [living] under this oppressive attack (i.e., Israel’s Pillar of Defense operation that aimed at destroying the terror infrastructure in the Gaza Strip, November 2012) and confronting Israel’s bloody illusions, our people – by weapon and by will – has presented itself most honorably and in a way that is appropriate for itself, for its national initiative and for its just goals, first and foremost its right to an independent state with Jerusalem as its capital.”
