PA asks Arab League to help sue Britain for issuing Balfour Declaration, Britain should apologize for the Balfour Declaration like Germany did for the Holocaust

Official PA TV newsreader: "In a speech given in the name of President Mahmoud Abbas, [PA] Minister of Foreign Affairs Riyad Al-Malki... asked the General Secretariat of the Arab League to help the [PA] leadership prepare a legal case..." PA Minister of Foreign Affairs Riyad Al-Malki in speech at the Arab League Summit representing PA Chairman Mahmoud Abbas: "We ask the General Secretariat of the Arab League to assist us in preparing a legal case in order to file a lawsuit against the British government for its issuing the Balfour Promise (i.e., Declaration) and for its (i.e., the Declaration’s) implementation afterwards, as a mandatory authority, which caused the Nakba of the Palestinian people and its expulsion..." Expert on International Law and Secretary General of the PA Islamic-Christian Council for Jerusalem and the Holy Places Hanna Issa: "It is the right of the Palestinian Arab people to sue Britain for being responsible for the suffering of the Palestinian people, from then to this day, as a result of the Balfour Promise of Nov. 2, 1917, which gave a right to those who do not deserve it… If they refuse to accept it [the lawsuit] in the International Criminal Court, we can turn to the UN [General] Assembly... and [demand] the establishment of an international criminal court with the jurisdiction to place sanctions on Britain for the crimes it carried out against the Palestinian Arab people… I present as an example the Nazis’ Jewish Holocaust against the Jews in World War II. Germany even apologized and until now it has expressed political, economic, social, and cultural apologies. It even has funded the Israeli entity with billions of dollars until now, and therefore it is similar to the holocaust carried out against the Palestinian Arab people." [Official PA TV News, July 25, 2016] Nakba - “the catastrophe,” Palestinian term for the establishment of the State of Israel. The Balfour Declaration of Nov. 2, 1917 was a letter from British Foreign Secretary Arthur Balfour to Baron Rothschild stating that “His Majesty's government views with favour the establishment in Palestine of a national home for the Jewish people” and is seen as the basis for later international commitments to establish the State of Israel.
