Terrorist murderers are role models for co-founder of Palestinian Women’s Union

Palestinian Women’s Union co-founder Fatima Issam Abd Al-Hadi: "The first woman who appeared in the ranks of the [Palestinian] resistance, and who was arrested, and the first who stood firm, was Fatima Barnawi (i.e., terrorist who placed bomb). Afterwards, Mariam [Al-Shakhshir] who carried out her operation (i.e., terror attack) in the cafeteria of the Hebrew University in the beginning of ’69. When she was asked how she felt, after her operation (i.e., terror attack) at the Hebrew University cafeteria succeeded, she said: ‘I feel like a doctor who has performed a successful operation’... There were some role models, whose operations (i.e., terror attacks) and successes we recalled, their resolve in prison, and their struggle in prison. They educated the new sister prisoners. They constituted a school within the prison. Among them were of course Aisha Odeh and Rasmieh Odeh."

Fatima Issam Abd Al-Hadi - Palestinian female terrorist involved with Fatah who hid Arabs infiltrating Israel from Jordan, and brought them food. She was arrested for this in 1969 and convicted, and served about a year and a half in an Israeli prison, after which she was deported to Jordan.
Mariam Al-Shakhshir – Palestinian female terrorist who detonated a bomb in a cafeteria at the Hebrew University on March 6, 1969. She injured 28 employees and students. She was sentenced to 2 life sentences, but was released in a prisoner exchange deal in 1979.
Fatima Barnawi -Palestinian female terrorist who placed a bomb in a movie theater in Jerusalem in 1967 in an attempt to blow it up. The bomb failed to explode. She was sentenced to life imprisonment but was released in 1977 after serving 10 years. In 2015, PA Chairman Mahmoud Abbas honored Barnawi with the Military Star of Honor.
Aisha Odeh - Palestinian female terrorist from the Popular Front for the Liberation of Palestine (PFLP) terrorist organization who placed a bomb in a Jerusalem supermarket, murdering 2 Israelis in Jerusalem on Feb. 21, 1969. She was sentenced to life imprisonment but was released in 1979 when Israel released 76 terrorists in exchange for an Israeli soldier being held hostage in Lebanon.
Rasmieh Odeh – Palestinian female terrorist from the Popular Front for the Liberation of Palestine (PFLP) terrorist organization, participated in bombing of a Jerusalem supermarket on Feb. 21, 1969, in which 2 Israelis were murdered and 20 injured, and bombing of the British Consulate in Jerusalem on Feb. 25, 1969. She received a life sentence in 1970, but was released in 1979 when Israel released 76 terrorists for an Israeli soldier being held hostage in Lebanon.
In 1995, Odeh entered the US hiding her terrorism conviction from the US authorities, and received US citizenship in 2004. In 2013, she was arrested for immigration fraud. The US district attorney turned to PMW for information about Odeh and PMW provided documentation that helped lead to her conviction in 2014. She is serving 18 months in prison and will be deported from the US to Jordan after completing the sentence. Before being indicted, she served as Associate Director of the Arab American Action Network in Chicago, Illinois, and as an Obamacare Navigator. The trial was later postponed to May 16, 2017.
