JPost on PMW report to US Congress: PA paying salaries to imprisoned terrorists with US money
The PA’s general budget, which pays the terrorists’ salaries, is partially funded by the US. The payments violate US law, which "prohibits funding of any person who engages in, or has engaged in terrorist activity." (July 27, 2011)
