Mansour said: ‘According to the UN convention, international law, and relevant UN resolutions, the struggle of peoples under a colonialist regime and a foreign occupation to obtain their rights to self-definition and freedom, including the struggle of the Palestinian people for decades to obtain freedom and justice, does not constitute terror .’”
