PA news agency refers to terrorists as Martyrs; Father expresses pride in son's martyrdom

Headline: “Martyrs [Hassan] Manasrah and [Alaa] Abu Jamal were brought to burial in Jerusalem towards morning”
“Dozens of [Palestinian] citizens accompanied Martyr (Shahid) Hassan Manasrah, a 15-year-old boy, and Martyr Alaa Abu Jamal, 32, on their last journey Tuesday [May, 24, 2016] before morning… It should be noted that the boy, Manasrah, was executed in the settlement of Pisgat Ze’ev (i.e., a neighborhood in Jerusalem), under the pretext that he tried to carry out a stabbing [attack] in October of last year [2015]…
The father of Martyr Alaa Abu Jamal expressed satisfaction over the burial of his son in the ground of Jerusalem, after he was held [by Israel] for more than seven months.
He said: ‘Alaa’s face looked as if he died as a Martyr just now. When we separated from him it looked like he was smiling.’ Likewise, he noted that his son died as a Martyr when he was shot by the occupation, after he carried out a shooting and stabbing operation (sic., he carried out a car ramming and stabbing attack) in western Jerusalem in October of last year [2015].’”
