Presenter on PA TV show: Jewish Temple never existed

Head of the Jordanian Waqf’s Al-Aqsa Academy of Heritage and Antiquities Najeh Bakirat: “There are very strange descriptions of that Temple. Only a person born to a Jewish mother without a father can enter that Temple. How can [a person] be born without a father? I cannot understand.”

Najeh Bakirat: “The whole period of the existence of [the Kingdoms of] David and Solomon was not more than 280 years, in other words a very short period, and this period is a period when they preached about one God, and they did not build a temple during it, as they claim, nor anything else. What Solomon built was a palace. We know that [Queen of Sheba] Balqis came to this palace.”
