PA TV “in defiance” of PMW honors stabber of Kay Wilson and Kristine Luken’s murderer again
Official PA TV program Giants of Endurance host: "A few days ago there was a campaign of incitement by several of the occupation’s websites (i.e., reference to PMW report) against our program because we visit the prisoners’ mothers. The latest was the mother of prisoner Kifah Ghneimat from Hebron (i.e., stabbed Kristine Luken to death and critically wounded Kay Wilson) to whom we send our greetings and all our respect, in defiance of the occupation..."
Um Nasser Abu Hmeid, mother of four Palestinian terrorists, in total serving 18 life sentences: "Praise Allah, I am proud of them, despite the sorrow and the distance. Praise Allah, I hope that in every home every mother will give birth to children such as my children."
Official PA TV host: "All our respect, Um Yusuf, Um Nasser, mother of young fighters - each one in his own right. We are proud of them, and we are proud of every Palestinian fighter."

Kifah Ghneimat and Iyad Fataftah - Palestinian terrorists who attacked and stabbed two women, Kristine Luken - an American Christian tourist, and British Israeli Kay Wilson, on Dec. 18, 2010, as they were hiking in the Mata forest, near Beit Shemesh. Luken was brutally stabbed to death and Wilson was severely injured. Wilson survived by remaining still so the terrorists assumed she was dead. After the terrorists fled the scene, she forced herself to get up and walk for help.
Ghneimat and Fataftah were arrested a month after the attack and admitted to the crime. Wilson's testimony and Fataftah's DNA, from his blood on a knife Wilson had tried to defend herself with, were crucial to the prosecution. Ghneimat was sentenced to 2 life sentences and an additional 60 years imprisonment. Fataftah was sentenced to 1 life sentence and an additional 20 years imprisonment.
Um Nasser Abu Hmeid (Um Yusuf Abu Hmeid/Latifa Abu Hmeid) - The mother of four prisoners serving multiple life sentences. She is also called Khansa of Palestine (referring to a woman in the earliest period of Islam who sent her four sons to battle and rejoiced when they all died as Martyrs), honored in 2010 and in 2015 by the PA, and was chosen in 2011 to launch the PA’s statehood campaign with the UN.
Nasser Abu Hmeid was a commander of the Al-Aqsa Martyrs' Brigades (Fatah's military wing) in Ramallah and is serving 7 life sentences and 50 years for killing 7 Israeli civilians and 12 attempted murders.
Nasr Abu Hmeid was a member of Tanzim (Fatah terror faction) and is serving 5 life sentences for involvement in two terror attacks and arms dealing.
Sharif Abu Hmeid was a member of one of his brothers' units that carried out terror attacks against civilians and soldiers. He is serving 4 life sentences for accompanying a suicide bomber to his attack in March 2002.
Muhammad Abu Hmeid is serving 2 life sentences and 30 years for involvement in terror attacks.
A fifth son, Abd Al-Mun'im Muhammad Yusuf Naji Abu Hmeid, was a member of the military wing of Hamas, Izz A-Din Al-Qassam Brigades, and planned and carried out the ambush and murder of an Israeli intelligence officer. This son has died.
