PA cartoon: Israel abuses prisoners

Cartoon posted on the Facebook page of the PA National Security Forces The cartoon shows a blindfolded Palestinian prisoner on his knees before a gallows, with the noose made out of a metal cuff on which appears a Star of David. In the background the world is looking on without doing anything. The apparent message is that Israel allows Palestinian prisoners to die, whether by hunger strikes or from illnesses.
